I placed an order for dine in – Table 13. It took about 10 minutes which is not a big deal. I realized the food I ordered was the wrong food. I brought it to the manager Carey’s attention & my food was replaced immediately. Thank you.

Fast, order came to table correct, staff was super friendly, and establishment was very clean. Restrooms were spotless and that’s a huge plus when taking children to the bathroom.

Big chic fil a fan and usually have great service and quality of food. Disappointed today going to the drive thru today a round 445. Ordered family share menu to give it a try for the family. Had my dog with me so went to drive thru. Couldn’t get the mobile app to work so I actually had to talk to someone. LOL. He was nice but didn’t mention if needed sauces or anything. When I got to window, I was able to add my sauce request, ketchup for three fries and soup request (crackers). Received the order with a half smile, didn’t get the crackers, no receipt, no ketchup, fries were short changed and not even hot. Soup was still good even without the crackers but opened the 30 pack nuggets and they, too, were not very fresh and missing three. Disappointed today. They were not busy so couldn’t be a rush packing food job. Just disappointed. Maybe next time, it will be better. Said a little prayer for the employees when we sat down to eat because maybe they were having a bad day. Disappointed but still will go back.

At approximately 10:30AM, I arrived to purchase a meal at this location on 1/24/26; during the coldest day of the year. A young lady receiving guest orders outside was shriving and had developed red hands because of the extreme low temperature. Although she did her best to exhibit sufficient customer service, she had difficulty utilizing the devices and coin machine because of progressing finger numbness. Subsequently, when it was my time to receive my food, I asked for the front-line manager on duty. The manager on site (woman wearing a red sweater) who approached my vehicle did not greet me courteously. Before, I addressed my concerns, she initially communicated, “Move up to the line so I can keep my line moving.” In an effort to advocate for the young lady who displayed obvious signs of discomfort–as as a frequent consumer of Chick-fil-A, it was very important to bring awareness to the manager about her team member’s health and hope she would prioritize her safety. Sadly, this manager spoke curtly, and said, “it was her fault for not having gloves.” She mentioned that the cooperation does not provide gloves for the employees and further communicated, that “everyone has a responsibility.” The dialogue between myself and the manager was the first and worst experience I had at Chick-fil-A. Regardless, of a high-quality cooperation’s policy, the duty of a manager is to follow OSHA guidelines and ALWAYS prioritize the health and safety of every employee serving during his or her tenure. The general manager and shared ownership of this location needs to address this concern to the staff and the cooperation needs to be notified of this complaint.

The dark-skinned guy who cleans the restroom at this location is extremely rude and arrogant. I understand that the restroom needs to be closed for cleaning, but showing zero empathy toward children who can’t hold it or people with medical issues is unacceptable. This place is great overall, but this guy completely ruins the experience. His attitude is disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly embarrassing for this location.

I ordered on the mobile app many times. I never had to wait. This is a well run store. In and out of the drive through and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff is always polite. I have ate inside with the same experience. Keep up the good work!

Last time I came here, they made me wait 10 minutes for chicken noodle soup. This time 12 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich! I always order on mobile and go on drive thru for pick up. Never had this issue in any other chick fil A. These people are sleeping!! Wake up lazy turtles!!!

Like seriously why scrape up the fryer scraps and put them in a box. My poor mom was trying to look on the bright side . Not to mention I drove far and had to drive back to make the complaint. Such an inconvenience “my pleasure” right ? Sure

This had to be the worst chic fila ever. Went thru drive thru tried to hand me wrong meal. When I explained my order was told they charged for fries was then told they didn’t charge for the drink. Told them keep the food and drove off!!!!
