As a former Employee of a different Chick fil a. I was not impressed with this locations customer service or quality of food today. (I work down the street from here)
My chicken breast on my sandwich is small like a breakfast patty and THIN.
Completely unacceptable. I spent $17 on my meal today. (#1 combo and a cup of tortilla soup). Also i was picking up my friends mobile order, we both asked for Dr Peppers.
When they handed me both orders and drinks i left, got to work to find out they gave us one Dr Pepper and one sweet tea.

3rd time I came here and everytime my order is wrong. Most opposite feeling ever than any other chickfila. Either owner or manager needs to step it up or go work for burger king. Chickfila is held to higher standards in my eyes since I’ve gone to atleast 15 or so different locations in my life and NEVER is the order wrong. Thats the chickfila way and this store doesnt reach that standard.

Sadly I have to give this location a one star on this visit. I typically visit this one because I know that it is black owned and I love to support black-owned businesses. With that being said I literally passed another Chick-fil-A to get here expecting a better experience than I had. On this particular visit I sat at the drive-thru board repeatedly saying hello before I eventually just pulled off and came around to the window. The car in front of me and behind me did the same thing. So when I got to the window I asked the young lady why didn’t someone at least say will be with you in a moment after I repeatedly said hello. She literally rolled her eyes at me and said “What!” In all my visits at Chick-fil-A she was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. I was also puzzled by the fact that they were about five or six employees just standing around at the window. Why aren’t you guys taking orders? Why aren’t you running orders? Where is the manager? Honestly cannot believe that I purchased the salad but I just did not want to drive back to the Chick-fil-A on Sam’s circle where I know I would have gotten better service.. Anyway I will not be visiting this one again. We have an upcoming event at my job and I had suggested this store for catering and wevwill definitely not be using this one. Note to the manager: this was definitely a training moment on improving the excellent customer service and we have come to expect from Chick-fil-A!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick -fila restaurant. While ordering I asked if each adult could have their meal in a separate bag, I was told yes. When I got to the window the food was thrown in one bag with condiments covering the fries. The guest in the car and I asked if we could have this bagged as requested. I was told by the first young black girl that you all never bag separately for anyone. I asked for the manager and a young man walked up and stated I can give you your money back and kick you off our property.. everyone was shocked. Then the manager Felice walked up, I explained to her that the 15 mins sitting there was more time than it would have taken to simply bag the food as the young lady said you would. She told be that she would reimburse me a portion of my order since the 3 kids meals were already given to the kids and that I would need to leave. I told her that her customer service was horrible and I’d been through that drive way hundreds of times with no issues until tonight. Felice gave me a portion of my refund and forced me to leave. I will never go back to that location especially since the guy stated it was privately owned and they can make the rules. This behavior was disgusting and disgraceful. I want a full refund and you never have to worry if myself or my family or friends will eat at this establishment again. A simple request after spending $60 turned into a clear message of why not to spend money at this location

Gorgeous restaurant and love how you have separate windows on each side to pay and get sodas while others ran the food. However, the waffle fries were burnt and warmish with no salt. I didn’t get ketchup as typically I don’t use it. I wish I did that day. I also don’t visit your establishment too often so id love to see the full menu before having to order. The peer pressure is insane. I’d like 30 seconds at menu sign. I don’t expect too much as it would slow the lines down even more. And we allll know, the lines can be rough.

Every time I come here, there’s an issue with my order. I can go to any other Chick-fil-A and get my order exactly how I ask for it. But here they always forget something. This most recent time I ordered drinks for the kids, but they gave me no straws so my kids couldn’t even drink their drinks and when I called they offered me a cookie on my next visit. Cool but I still can’t drink my drinks.

Huge fan of Chick-fil-A! We order take-out from here often and appreciate the fast and respectful service we consistently receive. Our orders are always correct and the food is hot and delicious. I can’t say that about many other fast food establishments. Ordering through their app makes grabbing a meal or snack a breeze. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for 10 years and have been coming to this cfa for a very long time. I’ve never left a review when something was off because i figured it was just a small mistake. But it’s gotten to the point where I’m compelled to leave a review. About 6 months ago there was a hair in my grilled nuggets, that’s the only thing that’s been wrong with food specifically. However, every time i order i get cfa sauce, it’s always on the ticket, so whoever is taking the order is doing their job, but at LEAST 50% of the time – if not more – theres no sauce. I either get double the amount i need or i get none at all. It’s extremely frustrating especially because this is the only cfa I’m willing to drive to from where i live in the area. Please do better.
