It was a wonderful experience today as it was the opening day. The customer service was exceptional. I went inside to place my order and check out the interior. After receiving my food and taking a seat to check my food, a cashier approached me with a smile and offered me a complimentary milkshake that they had accidentally made. It was very kind of her to offer it to me. However, I must mention that the chicken tenders were quite small and not worth the price, and they lacked significant flavor.

Normally the food and service is very good, but yesterday was the exception. I ordered 3 piece strips and medium fries. I got a 5 piece nuggets and a small fry. If I wasn’t on the road I would have gone back to have them correct it. I’ll still go there for my strip and fry fix.

I’ve been going to the Chick-fill-A at white oak since it’s the only best Chick-fill-A out here. Ever since they opened this Chick-fill-A i was quite excited since it’ll be a few minutes quicker to get at then white oak. I’ve only ordered at least three times since i was giving them a try each time if they have gotten better from here and got the chicken half raw (all three times) and also the cobb salad they seem to have replaced the cheese for a very disgusting weird cheese they must’ve borrowed it from the that latin restaurant next to them (no shame to them the cheese just doesn’t go well with the salad). I don’t recommend THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Go to WHITE OAK!

Zero stars, do NOT recommend, especially if you’re ordering delivery. Ordered 5 different items amounting to 30 dollars and received a spicy biscuit and a English muffin sandwich, neither of which I eat nor ordered, with someone else’s name labeled on them, but my name and order sticker on the bag that likely cost half of what I paid for. Is it incompetence? Laziness? Carelessness? Either way I’m paying for none of that and want my correct order. Never again, White Oak is far superior in every aspect.

I order on the app and do quick pick up in the drive through. My last order was ready so fast I didn’t even have time to put the car in park. I was genuinely shocked how quickly they had my food ready! Highly recommend if you don’t mind eating in the car but still struggle to order in typical drive through.

Decided to place a mobile order for this Chick-Fil-A to wait 15 minutes and end up with the wrong food. The bag was labeled correctly but inside everything was wrong expect the fries. After bringing it to the manger attention she told the employee to grab the food and placed it in the trash to have me wait for the correct order. I don’t understand what was the point of a mobile order for it to be wrong and they wasn’t busy.

First time checking out the new location. I ordered mobile for drive thru pick up. The first order taker couldn’t process my order for some reason so I had to go to the next order taker. No big deal. Food came out quickly. Fries were not hot at all. I ordered a 5 count nugget plus an 8 count nugget meal and was given a 12 count with the meal. I was also only given 2 honey roasted BBQ sauces when I asked for 5, those 2 covered my large fries and now I have no sauce for my 5 count.

gotta be the worst cfa around. 30 min for a small order, not working orders in the order they were taken, tons of people standing around waiting on mobile orders. Shake made so long before food that it was melted etc
