I love Chick-fil-A and for the first time I am disappointed. I ordered a chicken egg and cheese muffin meal with an extra hash brown and a medium diet lemonade. When they bought me my food, all I had was my chicken sandwich so I explained to them that it was more to my order. The guy looked confused and said that she must did not ring it up. So he went to go check on it and I showed him my receipt to prove that I wasn’t lying about it. I also told him about the sauces that I required with my meal. He was very polite. He went and got my food, but I didn’t get my sauce so the overall my experience just irritating and I didn’t want to hold anybody up in line in the drive-through so I didn’t wanna check my bag but once I checked it, my sauce was missing. I know nobody’s perfect but I never had an experience with Chick-fil-A making mistakes.

The service was extremely slow. The mobile-thru/drive-thru line was horrible. I ordered the chick-fil-a chicken mini meal (10ct) and a large hash brown with an orange juice. I also ordered chick-fil-a sauce and never received it. I didn’t go back because the line got longer. Never coming back to this location. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone in a rush or someone who likes fast/good service..

Very rude. The manager was already being weird when we walked in. We were walking up to the counter and he was like are y’all on separate checks and we said yes.. he said okay you guys will order over here (talking about at the register) mind you we were walking up already so what the heck. We always come to the location and get a grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce and the manager I guess said we couldn’t do that and that we don’t do that here at our location. It seems like he didn’t like black people. But aren’t y’all a Christian location? Christian…but racist? They girl was nice though she said it was her first day and she did amazing and hope everything goes well for her think her name was Brynne <3 but other than that I will not come back. Really upset me. 1/31/25 around 4:05. Think his name is Chris. Thank yuh.

I eat here all time and am a signature member here. I wish this wasn’t the location that is considered my “home” location bc the managers or owners here never give rewards. I remember when we used to get one weekly sometimes. When I used to go to the one in NN/Yorktown the management was better. Also, the fries are usually undercooked.

I drive past other chick fil a locations to order from this one. This location has the best prepped food out of all the locations in our area.

Filets that are properly weighed and filling to eat.
Spicy Chicken Filets that are actually SPICY.
Cheese Sauce container is full enough to eat all of your fries, everytime.
I have nothing but positives to say about this locations. The SOP setup in this location would be a prime example for the other locations in our area to learn from.

I finally broke down and got the BBQ Bacon Sandwich and the Dragon Fruit Lemonade today and I am glad to say that they were both great. I would definitely recommend giving them a try before they are gone because they are seasonal. Delicious and great service.

I’ve never had such a weird and disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A. I tried to order something I regularly get here with no issue, and the manager I think his name is Chris flat-out refused to make it not because they were out of ingredients, not because it was closed, but just “we can’t do that.” No explanation, All I wanted was no bread on my grilled chicken sandwich and instead lettuce.
What made it worse was how racist he was from when me and my friends walked through the door. But acting like a customer is a problem for ordering something your location has made before is ridiculous. Customer service here used to be friendly and accommodating, but this felt like the complete opposite.
I left without ordering anything, which I’ve literally never done at Chick-fil-A before. Management clearly needs better training on how to talk to customers and handle simple requests without turning it into an issue. Really disappointing and to think they call themselves Christians. 1/31/26 4:00

Probably the best chick fil a I’ve event been to. The staff was courteous and extremely efficient. The restaurant was super clean and maintained. The fries were incredible compared to the others we’ve been to and the kid sized drinks were twice as big than you’d expect.

First off the staff at this location is really efficient and friendly. They always greet you when you enter and they keep the place quite clean.
This is the usual experience you have come to expect and you’ll find it much more rapid than the other restaurants around.
