I placed a mobile order for curbside delivery. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-5 minutes at my vehicle. 12 minutes later, no order. The app doesn’t show the order as received or pending delivery to the car. I go inside and my order is SITTING on the counter. It wasn’t in mobile pickup, it was just sitting on the counter behind the beverage area waiting for someone to bring it out. I walked right up to the counter since there wasn’t a line and let the person at the counter know I was waiting for a curbside order. She walked over and grabbed it when I told her my name and said they are waiting on drinks. The lobby was empty! Nobody was waiting. Why was there a wait for drinks? Not to mention there were about 6 employees in the corner chatting and hanging around. NOT OKAY CFA! To make it worse none of my food was hot AND my drink tasted like carbonated water. This location is not convenient from 95 so to come here and get this is utterly disappointing! I won’t be stopping here again. If you’re traveling to the area, this is not the CFA you want to go to!

Out of all the Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to in the US, this is the worst one by far. I never leave bad reviews, but I just stopped by today and once again I’m leaving with a barely filled cold, old and soggy large fry and I’ve decided that I’m never coming here again because I’m sick of subpar service.

Fantastic food and fantastic staff. Tonight, 07/26/23 9:00pm, we met Zach. He was polite and professional. He answered the few questions we had about the chicken sandwich and then punched in our order for 5 people. At my request he even mixed a dash of sprite into my Powerade drink! Many other staff members were polite and very well mannered. That team got us our food so quick we had barely found our table. Thank you Zach and team! Overall 10/10

Decent location, but the two times we have been here, the staff is VERY rushed and not super friendly. Though, what can you expect from a very busy fast food chain who need three lines in their drive-through in order to accommodate large amounts of customers?

Never have I been disappointed in CFA until now. My egg white grill had a crumbly, soggy English muffin, and the grilled chicken was thin and tough. The egg and cheese was fine. Store wasn’t busy. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but just trying to be a little healthier, ya know?

Stopped here on our way home from the outlets and was surprised but how dirty the inside was. There were flies everywhere and the tables have not been cleaned or wiped down in a while. They also forgot a sandwich in our mobile order. We won’t be stopping at this Chick-fil-a again

What can you say “bad” about Chick-fil-A? Seriously. The stores are always clean, the food is fresh and their employees are just about the nicest people on the planet! Chick-fil-A is our go to breakfast when traveling. You know you will get in and out fast and the order will be correct and handed off with a smile. Thanks Chick-fil-A!
