I went through the drive thru today before the big snowstorm hit, and the temperature was between 15-25 F (before windchill!). Despite this, the location had people serving guests outside! That is absolutely insane to me for these kinds of conditions. The employees who served me were very kind to serve me with a smile, and I hope they got inside and got warm. I consider Chick-fil-A to be a company which values their employees better than any other fast food chain, but locations like this one make me think twice. Will not be returning here, and I hope this location considers the value of their hardworking employees over a few extra dollars.

I stop by this Chick-fil-A about once a month, usually for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich — it’s consistently hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The waffle fries are usually cooked just right, and the sauces (especially the Chick-fil-A and Polynesian) never disappoint.
Service here is quick and polite; staff are always friendly and keep things running smoothly even when the drive-thru line wraps around the building. The dining area is clean, tables get wiped down often, and restrooms are well maintained.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the line can get long during lunch rush, but it moves faster than most places. Overall, a dependable stop for great chicken and standout service.

The fries were perfect when I started coming to this location in December 2022. However, after only a few visits, I have been disappointed and frustrated with the horrible waffle fries they keep serving; they are brownish and some are rotten or defective, which taste horrible because they are rotten, defective potatoes. Also, they throw a bunch of those skin potatoes into the fries that I absolutely despise.
Now that I discovered the Chick-fil- A at South Point, which stays open later AND takes pride in serving good waffle fries, I will be choosing that location when I want some waffle fries in the future… even if it is 15 to 20 minutes further away.
The first pics are Plank Road. The fries had been in the fridge for a couple of days; I was going to return them for a replacemat, but decided to write a review instead. The last pic is South Point.

Chick-Fil-A service is second to none, and ease of ordering on the app is so comforting. Even though the drive through was full, they kept the line moving and had my order ready in no time!

Chic-fil-A staff are always great but the manager here made my night. It was nothing big, just an extra cherry in my milkshake, that I had to share with my young daughter, which led to a really sweet 20 second FaceTime with my family back in Texas. What a great organization.

Hey! First off I love Chick-fil-A and nothing ever gets mishandled! However, last night unfortunately I got the wrong food. Accidents happen and I should’ve checked the back before I pulled off but forgot. I had ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich, unsalted fries and a HI-C. Instead, receiving two 8 count nugget meals. The HI-C we got was the only thing correct on the printed receipt. To preface, the bag had the correct receipt, the items in the bag just didn’t belong. I am simply sharing so maybe it can be prevented from happening again! You guys are awesome and keep up the good work, we all have bad days!

went to try the pimento sandwich everyone has been raving about. albeit, tasty, let down by primarily the price, but 2 jalapenos (good thing i brought my own), not that much pimento. the real kicker was when i went to get an extra salad dressing for our southwest chicken sandwich I felt hassled by the lady moving between the drive thru and the checkout. after spending something like 30+$ for two people, for ‘fast food’ to be greifed for having the nerve to ask for another salad dressing (1 for a full salad is not enough). I think ‘fast food’ is pricing themselves out for our dining, for that price ill just go and sit down at a restaurant.

IMHO, best chicken sandwich available. Alot to do with no weird tastes in the fryer oil. Great ‘french fries’. Chic fil a sauce. Drive thru ease.

They were busy during the dinner rush.I placed my order on the app and went inside to pick it. Only waited a couple minutes for the order to be finished. A lot quicker than waiting in a long drive-thru line.

My official review for this Chik-Fil-A
I pulled in and I immediately noticed that it was super clean… but most chik fil a buikdings are.
I got inside and they took our order and we sat down. The point of this review is to note what happened when I sat down with the kids.
We got our food very quickly and of course we were told “my pleasure”
Then a wonderful woman asked the kids if they wanted coloring books. I told her I wanted one too lol she said “of course!!”
While we colored she passed us again cleaning and the kids go “you’re so beautiful!”
She replies “awww thank you!” And then ASKS the kids if they’d like a hug. I LOVE THE FCT THAT SHE ASKED. Many people don’t understand or respect the fact that children have boundaries and like their space as well. She was very respectful and I appreciate her kindness!
She topped the visit off by giving the kids placemats with little activities on them.
Will definitely come back here again

Worst experience today at drive thru. I was told to follow car in front of me while the awful lady next to me starting screaming at me that she was told to follow the same car. No one at chick-fil-a did anything about it. The lady kept running her mouth trying to fight with me. I felt very uncomfortable and was in line at least 15 minutes. Definitely not going back to that location. No one seem to know what they were doing and were telling people to follow wrong car.
