Ordered a #7 with no tomatoes.
Drove all the way back home 15mins to find my sandwich with nothing but lettuce on top and lettuce under my chicken. No bacon and no cheese. Just bread tons of lettuce and chicken.
-Came back to fix the order, they reused the same cold sandwich. They did not remake the sandwich. They just placed cold cheese and bacon in the lettuce filled chicken sandwich 40min old sandwich. Manager stated she asked her employees to remake it, but they failed to.Got my partial refund for sandwich.

Mr. Luis Hevia, I’ve seen this Chick-fil-A for now 3 years, and I am still impressed by the service, food, and mostly the effort of the festive atmosphere. I am not sure if anyone ever mentions how great of a job you do with Winter Wonderland but my family enjoys driving past it.

Not our normal chick fil a but felt like I had to shout out the staff here! I came with a gaggle of small kids, and they were so quick to be helpful with the placemats and water refills, and attentively listening to and looking at my crew when they bravely stepped up to the counter to ask for more sauces. I love when staff treats kids like real people, and man if we lived closer we’d be here all the time!

Don’t get me wrong I love Chick-fil-A, but it’s all about attention to detail at the drive- thru. This location does well With Carryout and Eat-in but drive-theu they are ALWAYS guaranteed NOT give you everything you’ve paid your hard earn money for. This location is a mile from my home and I always dread the drive-thru for my orders that are more than one person. I have gone here since they’ve opened and I they’ve never gotten my order right. Dunno why, may theybe aren’t checking to verify. . . I don’t know. But I would stay away from their drivethru.

Great spot. Outside line can prevent you from getting to the door but it happens at times. Friendly staff. Foods great and always filled with kids if you have any that like to play at the play ground area. Main issue is parking lot

Good food on drive thru food was sopping wet they said due to”butter” and “not sure” my soup was so hot the plastic melted into the cup. Food was disgusting and staff didn’t want to make things right. I won’t be back till something is rectified. Ruined my lunch.

1st time here @ this location. Wow! A ton of curbside parking spots…. A ton! And two lanes for drive thru! We went in though, there’s only about 5 parking spaces for that. We used our rewards, even though we’re from another state. I shared a few photos, and our receipt! We got a chicken sandwich, no pickle, to share, snap fries, and two waters. Everyone was very friendly here!
