Don’t know what’s going lately but the quality of the food has gone down big time. Chicken sandwichs look like they shurnk them and beat the chicken to death with a mallet. Food used to be so delicious now just not worth the money

My review is a bit specific. Perhaps unfairly so. I have a priest of a gluten allergy. And knowing this, I went here anyway. I went to the drive-thru, and the young lady who took my order didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the practices and procedures that they could do for those with allergies. She was actually border line ride at some points. I knew them better than she did, so I went ahead anyway.
Cfa definitely needs to work on their gluten free bun. I can get as better one at as grocery store. The rest was pretty good. Fries are decent.

There is a first time for everything and as surprising as it may seem Monday January 19,2026 I was in store at around 1023am saw with my own two eyes asked the cashier for 2 of the Classic cups which she attempted to ring up and she ran into a issue. Unsure of how to handle the matter she asked someone for help and was rudely directed to ask the manager on duty in which he told her I was unable to purchase. I have never been in a chic fil an and unable to purchase anything that is for sale. Extremely disappointed and I’m not sure if the person that said I wasn’t able to purchase the item was the owner but if not I’m sure they would benefit knowing that items that are for sale are not being sold. They shouldn’t be on display as if they are being sold POINT, BLANK, PERIOD!!!

I was here with my 2 girls (3 and under) and the gentleman that was bringing us our food noticed us as soon as we walked in. He was so overly helpful from getting a high chair, bringing our food, checking in on us here and there. Overall great experience and such a sweet older gentleman.

Generally when I go to Chick Fil A I alternate between this location and the Aberdeen location farther into Maryland. I haven’t really had a bad experience up until recently. Mobile Thru was introduced and at first the wait took forever and didn’t necessarily feel like you were “skipping the line” when you ordered ahead, but as time went they’ve gotten a lot faster in that lane. The second to last time I came, I ordered two drinks and received no straws (not a big deal, I had an extra straw in my car and just drank from the cup in the other). On my last visit however, I went to get Chicken Minis for breakfast and the quality of the chicken wasn’t good. I took a bite into one of them and had to grab a picture because I couldn’t believe it. It makes me a little wary of returning to this location at all.

Gave me a nice big chunk of MOLD in my soda. They obviously do not clean their soda spickets like how many restaurants do every single night. Reporting to corporate.
