Food was fine. Piece of advice though just order the medium or small Mac and cheese. Large is 9 dollars, double the cost for half a container full. Disappointed to say the least.

My visits to this place have been consistently disappointing over the past few months. In my last three visits, they lost their order twice. The food quality has also significantly declined. The last time I went, the food was room temperature and stale, and I suspect the breakfast sandwich was a day or two old.

Convenient location in Eldersburg. No issues with ordering, food served promptly, clean restrooms, nice outdoor seating which is just perfect during this season. Ample parking when I dropped by. Good food and customer service like what every chik fil a I went to is noted for.

I ordered breakfast on my phone before 10:30 and it said preparing my food now . I even confirmed I was at the restaurant before I arrived which was before 10:30 and when I got there which was a little after 10:30 ( the line was long) the man told me they didn’t prepare my food at all and since it was after 10:30 I couldn’t get it either. It’s unfair I wasted my time and gas to get food that said it was being prepared but wasn’t. And they didn’t care or have any logical reason to why my food wasn’t made when on the app it said it was. This is unprofessional and unacceptable and I will not be coming back.

We were rear ended in the drive thru line. Hit hard enough to knock my hat off and my wife’s glasses ended up in the back seat. She just had knee replacement surgery 4 days before. I wanted to make sure she was ok before I moved.
The manager came out and told me i had to move now. He said he needed to get the line moving. He said it was just a little fender bender and not that serious. He didn’t see the accident and was just worried about his drive through line. I moved to the parking lot and he came out giving his opinion on something he didn’t even see. I told him he was being no help and needed to go back inside that i called the police because the driver that hit us wouldn’t give me insurance info. He then told me i had to leave the property. I said no and he didn’t like that call the police. The drivers father came and we settled the whole thing with the state police.
They claimed it on their insurance snd i already got a call. The manager didn’t come out to talk to the trooper. Or us to make sure everything was taken care of 9. I just got the estimate to repair the car. $3,500. Still think it was a little fender bender mr manager
