I ordered one drink, waited for a while until my order was red on the screen, and when I reminded the staff “Sorry if you’re busy, I was waiting on my drink,” Mckayla wordlessly slid the drink across the counter until icecream spilled across the counter and onto both my boyfriend and I, instead of handing me the drink politely. The cashier (the boy on the right) laughed at this exchange. The store owner and floor manger were polite, but no refund, gift card, or other steps toward mitigation were offered.

On Saturday, July 20th, I went to chick-fil-a. For starters the worker was talking way the fast, that I couldn’t understand them.Secondly I told my name for the order and while waiting for my food,I didn’t hear my name. Everyone that was after me was leaving before me. Turns out they got my name wrong, and I was standing there for almost 30 minutes.

Literally not even worth the one star. Already skeptical, I had ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich which for one, the cheese was not melted. -Okay, I can deal with that. I proceeded to take my sandwich apart to add sauce only to find a freaking BUG on my lettuce. I had to take a photo and zoom in just to be sure. I took it back and asked to speak with a manager and even showed him the photo. He never apologized so clearly he did not care! He asked if I wanted another one (now sir, absolutely NOT!!!) as if he had just severed me a cold sandwich or something. He refunded my money and showed no remorse for it nor was I offered anything else for the inconvenience. Never again!!

Today I went to this location and have so many times before. It was not crowded at all. As soon as I got in line, I was helped out. I ordered with my cow card, the freebie of the month, any size drink any size fry. I got both large sizes. My order went through at 202p. I stood in line, getting my drink shortly thereafter. Then a door dash guy came to pick up his order. It seemed like everything stopped for his order. 8 minutes later I get my fries. 8 minutes! How hard is it to put fries in a container and put in a bag?! I didn’t even get any napkins! Friends were sitting down already enjoying their meals.
I understand there is a queue, however for just one quick visit, what I thought would take like a few minutes took a lot longer than it should have!!

Great service. I redeemed a free sandwich with ease after doing a survey and ordered another meal of grilled chicken with fries and drink.. still thirsty after finishing my meal so I requested for a refill of my drink and was gladly filled. Foods was fresh and delicious as always. Thank you for a wonderful service.

We love eating at Chick-fil-A. Food and service are always fantastic. We were there during a bit of a lunch rush, and the food came out quick and with no problems. Always recommend stopping at Chick-fil-A for a quick quality meal.

Went there today for my first ever Chick-fil-a experience and boy was I not disappointed
The food was great, lovely chicken burger and fries to die for
What was the cherry on top was the service. My card wasn’t working and the manager came over and immediately resolved the issue with me and apologized for “their fault” and gave the meal complimentary. Something they did not have to do, but felt so happy and obliged to do so.
10/10 service and amazing food
What more can you ask for?!
