I sat in the lobby after I ordered my food. After my food was delivered (by another associate) my drink cup was empty. I saw this older White woman associate greet multiple families. I didn’t think anything of it & gave her some time to come back around.
When she came back around she smiled and greeted everyone in the seating asking if they needed anything but me. I still gave her grace until she did it twice. It was because I am BLACK. I wasn’t too shocked that Chick-fil-A had a RACIST & DISCRIMINATORY associate. I’ve tried to reached out (customer care) to remedy this occurrence to no avail.

Fast food is not what it used to be( Little Tavern from years ago come to mind). Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. It makes me feel good when the young associate looks me in the eye, smiles & later tells me it was their pleasure to serve me. It means a lot to go to a counter & not just get stared at like you the customer shld just start talking without being addressed. I appreciate CFA’s service principle.

The last three mornings I’ve been going here they’ve been giving me the wrong sandwich for breakfast three times in a row. I used to be able to drive off without checking the bag but now I have to check every time. The food is still good. I just wish they could reassure that the correct items are given so I don’t have to run back to the store or stop at the window to keep checking my bag.

I literally HATE this location! The food is cold almost every time I visit, and the customer service is nothing like other locations! If it weren’t for the location, I’m sure this Chick-fil-A would not be doing as well as it probably is. And today, the manager, Angeline, a Filipino lady, was as rude as they come! ZERO customer service at this location (go to the one a couple miles away on Perry Hall Blvd, MUCH better quality food, if it’s supposed to be hot-it’s hot, and if it’s supposed to be cold- it’s cold)! But not here; these employees and managers give you every excuse in the book and will tell you to bring the food back once you’ve gotten home, after waiting in that long behind line for 15 minutes!! And the other manager, Abbey, is no better than Angeline. RUDE! All that fake smiling some of them do is crazy. How about just provide good customer service, hot food, and let me be on my way! Today, they had a nerve to tell me that my warm grilled chicken, which was cold and tough, was cold because of the salad. That’s the first time I’ve ever heard of chicken being tough because of a salad! I really cannot stand this location. Every time I go to the Belair Rd location there’s a problem with the food and the Customer Service. Calling Corporate! I’m tired of these ratchet salads and cold nuggets and fries!! Go to the one on Belair Road! Much better food and service, and the wait time is less too.

I recently visited Chick-fil-A and bought there promotion cup . It is clear this promotion has serious integrity issues.
The bags wrapping the cups were unfortunately torn at the top. This happened on my first purchase. I returned again and found the same result. Torn bag allowing sight of which color cup was in the bag. It seems this promotion is no better then Mcdonalds Monopoly game scam last decade. Employees are obviously inspecting the cups before given to the customer.

Chic fil a has always been a wonderful experience, but this location has ruined that for a very loyal customer! In customer service, it’s always the small things that make the day! Yesterday evening I ordered a frosted lemonade + whipped cream as I normally do. The whipped cream was noted on the receipt, however they forgot to put it on the drink. I politely asked if they could put it on as I had ordered it that way and they first gave me a hard time and then proceeded to charge me 27 cents to add it! I have never been charged for whipped cream before and the addition did not show as a charge on my original receipt. The courteous thing to do would have been to simply honor what was ordered and also shown on the receipt, but instead they made it even more difficult. Won’t be returning to this location because they prioritize pettiness instead of the long-standing quality of business that chic fil a should exude.

We went to this chick filet drive thru on Saturday January 10th about 11:00. We ordered our food for later, dinner time. We ordered 2 Cobb salads. One with no meat. When we opened our bag a few hours later it was horrible. The salad bowls were half empty. No salad dressing. No utensils. Three packs of the freeze dried peppers We got Chick Filet sauce for dipping instead of the ranch dressing that was ordered. This is the second time we have gotten salads that are half full. I thought the first time was a fluke. But obviously not. IF I return to this location I will be walking in and checking my bag as I should have today before I leave the counter. This is inexcusable for a fast food place that charges 12 dollars for literally a Hangul of lettuce.

Great service, the employees were kind and helpful. They forgot an order of fries but got them for us right away. The only thing about this location is the volume of cars, tight parking lot, and sharp turns to maneuver the traffic and stop light right at the entrance.
Mostly writing this review because they made the hippopotamus a cheerleader on the kids meal bag and they are really cool about extra pickles.

The manager is weird. Great time the lady giving me my order was lovely but the manager came over (white guy kinda awkward looking, nasty stubble ) and reprimanded her for something right in front of me. That was strange to me and rude.
