I’m uncertain if the care that’s required to prepare the food has changed in addition to the ingredients that were originally used in which I was once highly intrigued to indulge in the food. This has been the final straw. Smh . It’s with a high level of pisstivity ( I know it’s not an actual word) that I publicly express how disappointed I am about the taste of the food I ordered today. It actually tastes like week old KFC . Utterly Disgusting. I guess it no longer their pleasure at Chick- fil-A . The nuggets were dried out yet somehow they were greasy and the Mac & Cheese tasted like powdered cheese & over boiled noodles. I’m highly disappointed. My husband sandwich was over cooked and my baby meal was the same …. Dry as mine however her fries were hot yet she said it made her tongue feel weird because it had too much salt.

My standard is Kale Salad and large fries. It’s a phenomenal lunch. I know it’s not the standard Chick-fil-A order but it never disappoints. It’s also healthy
I truly enjoy that you can order French fries without salt and they 100% salt free.
I am hyper critical of Chick-fil-A service because I know they put the effort into training the staff. Its a consistent theme across many Chick-fil-A restaurants lately that the service code is relaxed.
Don’t be afraid to retrain. We all need a refresher sometimes!
It’s also super busy so I get that the staff can be fatigued.
Be kind and always smell the flowers.

Went there to get a milk shake on 3 different occasions, just to be told their machine is down (is this McDonald’s?) they provided 3 separate coupons for the inconvenience for each trip I made up there. I can’t claim the milkshake because each time I go there the machine is down. Is this a psyop? I just want a peppermint chocolate chip milkshake. This isn’t very “my pleasure” of you guys

This person does not know anything. I had 1633 points to redeem and when went to scan she deducted 200 points which I did not redeem and I paid for my meal and also she pretended that the scan went through for today 1/14 but just to discover she scanned and deducted the points. This the worst restaurant ever. I asked but they pretended that they dont know. They did not help at all. Food was cooled

While working in the area I’ve popped in a few times for breakfast. The customer surprise is consistent, food is good, and the bathrooms are clean.
Who knew you could order a breakfast sandwich on a tradition bun for breakfast. I learned that today!

Reliably great chick fil a location. The food is always fresh and delivered quickly both inside & in the drive through. Staff are thorough and friendly. They always confirm your order in the drive through which is great. The only negative thing I have to say is they do short you on the sauces from time to time so make sure you tell them how many of each sauce you want.

We went through the drive-thru, and the employees were pleasant and efficient. We had gotten our food within five minutes. I had two spicy chicken deluxes and an order of fries. The spicy chicken sandwiches were delicious, especially with the chick-fil-a sauce.
The Bad:
The fries were decent. They were not the best. To make this a perfect, meal the fries need to be adjusted. They tasty sort of oily.
Judgment:
Ultimately, my experience here and the food was great!

After my terrible experience at the Inner Harbor Chick-fil-A, this made up for it. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food hits and exceeds the Chick-fil-A standard I’m so fond of. Keep up the great work.
