I have officially learned my lesson to never ever patronize this location. First issue is I suspect I got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich there so I ordered the salads after that. Second issue was the salad I ordered was given to someone else and I didn’t realize the issue until I reached my destination. I gave them too much credit since I was used to getting top notch service at other locations. Last and final issue was this evening I ordered another salad and while they did give me the correct salad the bag contained no utensils or napkins. So I called the location and dialed for the manager and the phone kept ringing. I intended to eat my salad right away so I had to drive back and go in the drive through again just to get utensils. The young person at the window was about to give me another person’s order and I let her know what I needed. She said ok and handed it to me and I thanked her. She just looked at me. I said the least you can do is say you’re welcome since you *%#*ed up my order. What happened to my pleasure. Never at this location. I will gladly drive to the one close to Best Buy.

Simply asked them to put 2 milkshakes I payed for in a larger cup. Nope. Could not be bothered. Already had issues with this location with shakes before. Went right up the street and the one in Reisterstown was willing to cooperate. This location could use the lesson. Placed a curbside order at 10:15a for breakfast and drove 20 mins to this location. I was unable to check in at curbside, so I went into the building. Long story short, the cashier told me I wasted my time and gas coming to this location because breakfast orders not picked up by 10:30 won’t be made regardless if I placed the order before 10:30. Remind you it’s 10:35a and I know for a fact they still had breakfast in the back. They did nothing to assist me and the cashier basically had an attitude. Chick-fil-A supposedly has the best customer service NOT THIS LOCATION.

The worse morning crew in a chic fil a in Baltimore. Literally get stared down by bug eyed weirdos as soon as you walk in, for no reason (I hope there’s no reason). Worst vibes out of any chic fil a in Bmore. Has been like this since 2019 at least. Only good part was the food.

Ordered a spicey chicken biscuit online way before breakfast was over, but once I got there they couldn’t complete my order and my money would be refunded. I just visited this location and I went through the drive-thru. I made the mistake of not checking my bag before I got home. They forgot my salad, so I had to drive 20mins back to get it. I asked them if they could give me a medium hot fry for the inconvenience. I had just spent $50 and now my fries are cold because I had to come back. The assistant manager said they couldn’t do it and to call tomorrow and speak to Ms. Lisa. Really?! Hot fries were the least you could do, ya’ll forgot part of my order.
