We were excited to try the temporary chicken and waffle sandwich…. amazing! Especially the spicy chicken with the maple syrup… match made in heaven!
So excited that we were in Baltimore visiting family while they were running this test. I hope they bring this to more locations.

No complaints about the food or service, but the employees regularly use the restaurant seating for their shift breaks, even during busy restaurant hours. What’s more, it’s not uncommon to see a single employee sleeping or watching something on their phone at one of the two large, 6-person booths. On multiple occasions, I’ve struggled to find seating at this location due to this. I’ve even had to stand around waiting for a table with my young kids because the restaurant was crowded and the only open tables/booths were taken up by individual employees on their breaks. If employees are going to take away seating from guests, they should be consciencious and use the smaller tables, not the larger ones that families need. For this reason, my family prefers other Chick-fil-A locations over this one.

The gentleman in the Drive-Thru was very professional, but that’s where the compliments end.
I arrived to the window only to encounter people that are too engaged in their conversation to really care about the service they’re providing. Good thing I checked my bag cuz she literally would have had me drive off without any condiments.
I’m further more disappointed only to look in my sandwich and find two pathetic slivers of bacon on a $9 sandwich.

Let me start by saying I don’t particularly like CFA chicken compared to others AND I know I’m in the minority. You’re probably wondering why I went. I had my 2 young grandsons with me, and figured it might be a treat. First, we couldn’t find parking. All the spaces had signs for people who were waiting for their food to be brought to them. After the third time around, I stopped and one of their employees came to my rescue. What a great guy he was in many ways. He told us where to park then walked with us to the building, always being helpful and courteous. We were the rare ones because we wanted to eat there while the food was hot. The order taker was also very patient, taking orders from 2 children and a woman who wasn’t sure what she wanted. The service was prompt and CORRECT the first time. What an experience!
Then we started to want more. I needed sauce which I forgot to request, but for my tender mouth, the first sauce was too spicy so I ordered a different kind. The boys wanted another drink, so I ordered that. Then I had leftovers so we needed a bag which turned out to be too small, so I had to ask for a bigger one. Then we wanted cookies for dessert. We were just a tornado of orders. Each was fulfilled with pleasantness and accuracy.
As always, the service was beyond our expectations and the food was good.

My boyfriend got breakfast from here this past Saturday (11/11/23) and the food was great as usual but the whole issue was that they charged us for/gave us an extra deluxe chicken biscuit even though we said we just wanted one deluxe chicken biscuit and 2 individual biscuits. Other than that small issue the service was ok and the store was very nice and clean and the food was really good. Will be back again.

Thee absolute best Chick-fil-A we’ve been. The service superb. The food delicious. And the atmosphere beyond clean. Every employee that we interacted with nice. And the entire master plan of how it all went down is perfect.

I’ll never understand why CFA has kids outside when there is no drive thru traffic and the weather is bad. Tonight it’s 39F with 50mph wind gusts. It’s both inhumane and unproductive. They could be inside warm doing something else or just send them home and don’t blow up your labor cost. It’s possible to do 130 to 170 cars in a single lane drive thru with no one outside. Fry box was full of crumbs. You are supposed to discard those periodically not serve them. Why bag dine in orders and then put them on a tray? Wasting trees and blowing up your paper cost. If I want a dine in experience just give me a tray. Sandwich was decent. Not hot but breading was fairly good. Check your interior menu boards. You might have some bulbs out. No suggestive selling happened on my order.

I came to the restaurant during a Saturday lunch rush, right after a large group of EMTs and an entire Boy Scout troop descended upon the restaurant all at once. I was there to sheepishly ask for a catering tray and several orders of french fries outside of the six hour window that they prefer for that type of order. The manager, Chad, grabbed an iPad and took everyone’s order in line at lightning speed. When it was my turn, he was happy to accommodate my order. The cashier had a miles long line checked out in minutes and I was out of the restaurant with my catering order in less than 10 minutes. They are a well oiled machine! Thanks, Chad!

Was enjoying my Chick-Fil-a cobb salad after a hard day. I pick this off my chicken. With no doubt in my mind I realize this is a cockroach leg. I proceeded to vomit. This is a new low for Chick-Fil-A. I am astounded.
