Best catering experience. From an easy order online. Food was ready promptly packed in Togo bags. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to resend the receipt almost a month later. Overall 10/10 experience! Thank you Chick-fil-A!

This has to be the worst chickfila in the area. My food was soo cold and the portions were a joke. The fries felt like biting into plastic and the chicken felt gross bc of how cold it was. Nothing compares to the chickfila in Gaithersburg. I was closer to this one and decided to try this one out but honestly i should’ve made the drive to the one in Gburg or research blvd. Please improve food quality and presentation.

So strange to find a Chick-Fil-A without a drive through. It’s a bit of a maze navigating the parking lot traffic flow to find your way here. As a first time visit, without the help of Google Maps I never would have found it on my own.
Other than these two peculiarities, it’s a Chick-Fil-A living up to the stringent standards of the corporate office. The food is good and a value for the quality. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Good fast food restaurant, the roll was fresh, the chicken is a little fresh, The staff is good, very high cross-country ability, I had to wait about 12-15 minutes, although I made an order online. Quite clean, it is advisable to fix the tables in advance.

It’s been a while chick fil a and it will be another while and the pictures on this review are exactly why. These fries were not altered in any way and came out of the bag half full. We went at 1:15 on a Monday and did mobile order and car pick up or else I would have requested a refund.

I did update the review to 3 stars since an immediate concern resulted in two large fry rewards. The problem is that I have 30 days to use the rewards so in a way you’re getting me to come back in order to redeem the reward.

Great chicken and salads, the avocado lime ranch dressing is really good. The spicy chicken sandwich might be better than the Popeyes one and it doesn’t even have sauce. The Mac and cheese is also surprisingly good. The service was super nice and fast. Good outdoor seating! 4/5 for atmosphere because it gets busy inside.

Everything is great with this store. The environment, the service is superb and food is generally good. Please don’t salt salt salt your nuggets. When you buy a 30 piece and can only eat 2-3 cause it’s as salty as salted fish, you don’t want to die eating the nuggets. People can put more salt on if it’s not enough salt, but if it’s too salty, it’s wasting food, money and we won’t be back for a while. Might be a disgruntled staff trying to destroy the store, and that’s how my favorite taco place went down. Things got too salty, and people stop eating there.

I came here with my daughter and waited in line for the longest time, the line was confusing and I mistakenly was waiting in the wrong line. There is no clear line stating where it starts or ends. He started taking people from a different line and I said I waited in this line and non of them told me I was in the wrong line. Regardless I came before all these people and should have been served but the order taker named “ Carlos” laughed at me and continued with the other person. So unprofessional and disrespectful.

Really nice staff and quick service. I took off one star for convenience because there was no drive thru! I just wanted a quick stop and go. So, I had to find parking, and the parking lot was almost full. Otherwise, this place was nice and had great options for indoor and outdoor seating.
