I got the saddest cob sald ever. The lettuce looked depressed and worked over and taste the same way. I only had 3 slices of egg in my salad. I guess they went from only half an egg to 1/3 of an egg. Do better.

The customer service and food are almost always very good. However, the wait times are often much longer compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. In addition, when using the drive-through, team members do not come outside with handheld ordering devices to scan the Chick-fil-A app or process payment. Instead, they take your phone or credit card inside the restaurant, which slows down the drive-through line and reduces overall efficiency.

Chick Fil A in District Heights, MD has extremely poor customer service especially with their women in management. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and overall not helpful. I had an incident at the District Heights location on Tuesday with the female manager in charge at the time, she was very disrespectful and refused to give me her name when I said I wanted to file a complaint. She then advised the staff members not to provide me with her name and told one of the team members that if they provided that information to me they’d be written up. I was unable to get her name, but I want to make it clear that it was the female supervisor, maybe in her early 40s on Tuesday 3/3 around 2pm.

Took my family to this location and the order taker (Ciara) had a terrible attitude from the beginning. No actual greeting, no eye contact or genuine care for her job by providing a positive experience through her customer service. This was conveyed to the manager on duty. He was kind enough to comp my families’s entire meal. We were grateful for that, but this isn’t the first time. I personally had a bad experiences at this location before but each time they make it right. Thank the manager on duty for his actions meditating the situation and providing a better experience than how it started.

I truly like that they have a mobile order line, it keeps the flow steady and quick. They also offer treats for your fur babies❣️ Not sure when they started that but this is my forcer location now, just because of that alone. Customer service is always great, even though they did forget my brownie and my daughter’s chocolate milk and I had to turn around. I still say great service, it doesn’t happen often and everyone makes mistakes. They have their own free parking lot in case you wanted to dine in. Getting in and out of the shopping center can be a headache at times, but thats due to the strips layout, not Chick-fil-A. I gave them 3 stars for food but honestly that score is due to the brand adding pea starch to the fries, which cut me out from eating here, but my family can still have their food. It just cut back on how often I would sp3nd money here. I went from a few times a week, to once in a blue. I use to go just to get their waffle fries and signature sauce. Those were the days.

This Chick-fil-A has nice hospitality, good customer service. They have been giving out free breakfast entree of their choice on Tuesday’s. I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. This was my 1st time tasting their biscuits, OMG the biscuits are really good I was really impressed. I would definitely go back to them. Thanks. Tiktok @28screwsinmyback

I normally cook but this Saturday, was about relaxing! I went out around 7pm and ordered 1 grill chicken sandwich meal, large fries, half & half watermelon mint Sunjoy Tea(large), and a kale crunch salad at the drive thru window. Got back home to enjoy it all! Yum! Yum! Yum! It was all hot, fresh and delicious! Loving it!
