We absolutely LOVE CFA!! I’ve been a loyal Signature member for several years now, use the Mobile Order most of the time, and have earned almost 130K rewards points in 6 years. However, this CFA has gone downhill lately. Our order is either wrong or is missing items, so I have to double check everything before I drive off. Also, their portion sizes for the big salads have drastically decreased. For my Cobb Salad tonight, I got a tiny pinch of cheese with only 4 grilled nuggets. I’m so glad I ordered a separate 8 ct of grilled nuggets. The lettuce portions have also been cut in half. I understand each CFA across counties and states will all be different, but there are many others across this state and other states that FILL up the salad almost stuffed. The portion for the salads at this location have become a joke. I understand cutting costs and saving money and that it has to come from somewhere, but not at the cost of the quality (to include size) of the food.
Also, the staff are mostly friendly, but they are often too rushed to seem even the least bit personable. I also do NOT like how they have started to bring all of the drinks out before the food. That seems very inefficient. It pains me to leave this review because we love CFA and are loyal customers. But something has got to change at this location!!!

We come here pretty often and most of the time our order is incorrect. We are usually either missing part of our order or the whole order will be someone else’s. Today, we received someone else’s order through curbside but didn’t notice until we got home. When we called, they said we would need to bring the order back to receive our correct order but they could not issue a refund. We went through the app and we were only able to receive a “reward” for part of our order. We will not be returning as the customer service at this location has gone downhill completely.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A location tonight. I placed an online order based on the posted closing time of 10:00 PM. I then drove 30 minutes to pick it up, only to arrive and find the restaurant already closed an hour early.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time this has happened. If the store is going to close early, the hours need to be updated in the app and online, and online ordering should be turned off ahead of time so customers aren’t wasting time, gas, and effort driving out for an order they can’t even pick up. I normally expect better organization and consistency from Chick-fil-A, which is why this was so disappointing. I’m hoping management can address this and improve communication around closing times, because customers shouldn’t be put in this situation repeatedly.

The chicken was good, but the buns are cheap. I shouldn’t have pieces of the bread stuck all to my hands every time I touch it. Staff was friendly when speaking, but they do seem to rush and keep things moving. If i wanted faster service with a quick exchange i would have used the drive through.

The best CFA I’ve probably ever been to. Service was impecable, everyone was very attentive. The chicken soup was fantastic. The trays were spread out beautifully. Management and everyone else has put in so much care to operate the location as well as they did. I will definitely be back.

Before heading to Target to pick up a few things, we first stopped at this Chick-Fil-A in California, MD. This was personally my first time at this location but just like all of the others, it operated like a well oiled machine and the line moved…quickly! We actually ordered and paid before we even got to the window and our food was delivered to us when we weren’t even 1/2 through the line. Awesome! The workers of course were very friendly, polite, and kind but that goes without saying. We certainly enjoyed our experience at this location and will certainly be back next time we are in the area to get the kids. High praises!

What the hell has happened to this Chick Fil A? Is there an owner that cares how bad things are here? This CFA either needs a new owner or corporate oversight because this restaurant is falling apart. BRING THE FOOD AND DRINKS TOGETHER!!! If you don’t have competent employees, get new ones. Bringing me food and then drinks eventually only tells me one thing – poor management!

My recent visit was a drive thru. My car did not move for over 5 minutes. Once I put the order in I proceeded to pay and then was brought out my chicken sand and fries. I also ordered a milkshake. I waited almost 10 minutes to receive my shake. By that time my food was already lukewarm. My thoughts are bring out the entire order in one shot so the food is hot. Dissapointed in my experience

Who ever the young gentleman is that is taking orders at the drive-thru right now (from NYC), has amazing customer service and people skills. This restaurant is lucky to have someone who mirrors your core values in an exceptional manner! Hats off.

We normally use the drive through but ate inside this time. We couldn’t find a clean table, I tried to wipe the one we chose, but the ketchup/sauce was stuck. I stepped on a pile of pickles and slipped, luckily it was under the table and I was sitting down at the time. I told the worker that brought our food about the pickles and he walked away. The food was great, as usual. I think we’ll stick to the drive through going forward.
