Before heading to Target to pick up a few things, we first stopped at this Chick-Fil-A in California, MD. This was personally my first time at this location but just like all of the others, it operated like a well oiled machine and the line moved…quickly! We actually ordered and paid before we even got to the window and our food was delivered to us when we weren’t even 1/2 through the line. Awesome! The workers of course were very friendly, polite, and kind but that goes without saying. We certainly enjoyed our experience at this location and will certainly be back next time we are in the area to get the kids. High praises!

The staff here is always really great and so is the food! Such a bummer that the play place has been shut down permanently, and they lose some points over their wacky parking lot. The frosted coffees and peach milkshakes definitely do help us cope, though.

Sure, there’s always a line. But it was worth the 8 minute wait. I got two perfectly good spicy chicken sandwiches and a Cobb salad with lime dressing. Best place for a quick lunch while shopping.

For the second time in 7 days, they gave my doordasher the wrong food and left me hungry. Order was a simple large waffle fry, and two PLAIN chicken sandwiches. First time they came with pickles, today they came with CHEESE. Rediculous. As much as it costs, you’d think I’d be able to eat dinner. Not today though.

Everything was great until my $40 mobile order was missing all of the sauces. When I called to complain, I was told there’s only one manager and she’s pretty much didn’t care because the sauces are free. 3 years late this location still looks like you’re walking into the middle of the pandemic. Half the dining room is closed to “employees only” and the play area is non-existent. It doesn’t feel like Chick-fil-A used to. The employees talked to each other so loudly behind their fake wall that I could barely hear my son who was sitting right next to me. All the other Chick-fil-A’s in southern Maryland are back to functioning normally except this one.

The lines are always long with one drive thru ever open it seems. Food is great, but the service is not the greatest as they can’t even provide the sauces for the nuggets you ask for when ordering online. I’ve had WAY BETTER service at other locations. Also, they renovated the dining area to have a delivery only pickup location causing even more issues with parking and access. Take out is best served quickly at this location…
