This chic fil a is really great, quick service and friendly people. And the food is always hot. I got the new pretzel chicken sandwich and it was really good! I also always love their strawberry milkshakes, so good.

20250419 My finicky pup loves the waffle fries and grilled chicken. I never paid attention to calories… until recently. I love the waffle fries but but but… how do they add 400 extra calories to potatoes?? I got a large since I haven’t eaten here in a very long time. I got a salad and the pouch of avocado ranch dressing was 310 and the tiny bag of crispy bell pepper was 80. Gosh, counting calories is scary!! Good thing the food is delicious!
There are many things that I love about Chick-fil-A. 1. Their menu fills with many options. It is always a challenge to decide on what to order. I always order more than I should and end up with too much food. 2. Their service is excellent. The young employees are always so polite and smiling, and I can communicate with them without any communication issues. My order is always correct. 3. The food is always served in the right temperature, and consistently delicious. Everything is delicious. I love their waffle fries and Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I also love that I know what I am eating. No mystery meat, and I don’t have to find the chicken between the buns. 4. The drive thru is operated in the most efficient way to accommodate busy hours, and the young employees have the process streamlined. It is impressive. 5. When I am on the road, I love that I always know what I am getting at any Chick-fil-A. I’m have eating at many Chick-fil-As, and the menu, service and food are consistent. Anyone who doesn’t eat at Chick-fil-A is missing out on some delicious, quality fast food.

Shawn took great care of us during our visit. He kept an eye on our table in a low key way, checking in a couple of times to make sure we were doing okay. He made sure we had the sauces we wanted, offered refills before we had to ask, and cleared our trays as soon as we were finished. We left with fresh refills of lemonade and the feeling that we had really been looked after. Shawn was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal easy.

Food and service is bad. Food is stale so clearly miss handled and improperly stored. Service is some of the worst, I have seen crews look dead but never that lazy and unmotivated that they can’t figure out where an order that is right next to their elbow is. Probably some of the worst places I have seen in fast food for awhile, can’t recommend. Go to the one on 50, they rock.

An embarrassment to the Chic-fil-a name. New, empty and dirty throughout. The pictures speak for themselves. Pictures were taken almost 8pm well after any rush, so empty they looked closed yet so dirty. Food on tables, floors, trash in bathroom floors, full trashes in dining areas. Back room floors dirty, full trash at food prep areas, sticky customer tables, ripped seats, food on seats. Friendly service and drive-thru wasn’t busy. This needs corporate attention.

During my visit today, I experienced poor service at the drive-thru. The young lady taking my order spoke with a negative tone, and while she read back my order, she didn’t say ‘my pleasure.’ At the window, I mentioned it to another staff member, but my order was also incorrect—I was given a veggie sandwich instead of grilled chicken. I ended up having to go inside despite choosing the drive-thru to avoid that. This is the first disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A.”

We love the consistency on the great tasty food. This location looked clean and had good customer service. There is a baby changing station and a stool for kids to wash their hands, so that was appreciated.
