Grabbed lunch while waiting for my kiddo at Georgetown Day School. The location is perfect, and there was a ton of foot traffic to lure customers into the restaurant. The store was clean, and there was a ton of cow balloons and lovely decor. The staff were jovial, professional and super quick with getting my order. I got a twelve count nugget meal with large waffle fries and a large lemonade. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. If you happen to be in the area and need a quick, convenient meal please consider Chick-fil-A. You won’t regret it, enjoy!

It fills an empty belly for sure.
The location is a bit sketchy but that’s Tenleytown in general.
The staff are friendly and helpful though.
In the time I waited for my order I noticed its mostly take away orders.

Went on a slow night and there were lines but it took 20min for basic fried chicken sandwiches to be ready. There were tables but no chairs forcing is to stand to eat. Food was overpriced even if adjusted for DC costs for what we got.

All was well prepared and hot. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Fid not take too long. I wish all restaurants could learn to prepare food well and how to be nice to customers from the employees at chick fila! Great job y’all!

I placed an order at 11:39 am which never showed up. So at 12:56 I canceled the order and reordered something else.
Instead of them sending me fresh food they sent the old food that I ordered at 11:39 am. So of course it was ice cold. Then the top wasn’t on the drink properly so it spilled everywhere . Will never order from here again.
If they will sell old food it’s know telling what else they will do for $1!!!

There is a worker named Kelvin and he was very good and nice he also treated us with respect and he was very nice to us so this was this Thursday and he would be upgraded to a higher level in Chick-fil-A thank you Kelvin

This restaurant has been retrofitted for COVID, but needs to return to business as usual. There aren’t even napkins for patrons to pick up. Everything has to be asked for by attendants behind counters. You cannot eat in the dining room, only tables are provided. I’ve ordered from door dash a few times, all times the order has been wrong, usually resulting in me getting less food than I ordered.

Beginning with a high-quality, tender, large, fried or grilled, select, brined (?), white chicken (breast) is the way to start a good lipsmacking. The pickles, tomato, and lettuce are also of high quality. They must have some good quality control processes in their individual shops.
