If you want to test your patience, definitely order food here. I waited for my order 20 minutes. The people before me were there longer. One guy was there over an hour. When he had the audacity to ask for his missing drinks, the heaviest employee gave him an attitude. Honestly, the show was pretty entertaining so maybe stop by if you’re bored and want to see people argue.

It feels weird giving fast food 5 stars but for a fast food joint, this one is great. I’ve never seen them mess up an order, and everyone is really pleasant and friendly. Always clean inside, too. They do a great job here.

This McDonald’s usually Ben good to me but past 4 times I’ve went itsben slow and the quality of food was terrible let’s start with my order deluxe quarter pounder meal with coke for drink and a Separate (with a emphasis on separate) get to window I get my food with a damn frappe not the coke get food fries cold quarter pounder but into it bread was stale as heck why would u sell me someone’s old burger bread broke in half and was old I threw it out def go stay away from this location

Every time I come here I wait at the speaker in drive thru for at least 2-7mins before someone answers. Then its please pull to the 1st window ans we will take your order. Then another 8-15mins to get my cold and or hard food. Very poor overnight service. And I work in fast food.. this has happened at least 6 or 7 times now.

Id normally give it a 4 star. This was straw that broke the camels back. IDK how hard it is to get a cheeseburger with only ketchup, extra pickle right but shit after the 4th time. I’m fed up. Burger. Cheese. Ketchup. Pickle. *Chefs kiss* easy you’d think. Why it was sprayed with ketchup it’s beyond me. Still only 2 pickles. We were super nice. Patient and said thank you all throughout the drive thru. I just don’t get who made you so mad.. But I’m sorry.

Numerous times in last 6 months have had to wait extended times, once was told not serving food only drinks. Typically always in the early am. I am now traveling to another location 5 minutes away, and have had excellent and quick service. I could understand once or twice but this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Looking at other reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue with no resolutions for the customers. I will continue to travel to the other location as they seem to have their business in order. Revised: it seems like all you get is a canned response stating they want your feedback from the “owner” however multiple reviews have the same reply. This shows that the issues are not and will not be addressed as there are multiple reviews for the same problems for months on end.

Multiple people were in the drive through wait parking areas. People were canceling their orders due to over waiting and unprofessional service and language. Multiple employees cursed and cussed while the whole dinning room was full of customers waiting. I will never return and advise others not to as well. N 2nd st location is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever been to. Shame!!

I always have low expectations for McDonald’s but when something like this occurs I feel should be addressed. Early yesterday had my family in the car went through the drive though first window lady was complaining about her shift using words that my kid heard which shouldn’t been used. Next they forgot some food. Went inside saw a very ill looking dog with no collar on in a booth and no one with it. Waited my turn finally got to talk to someone who basically blew me off and didn’t care they messed up.

Took almost an hour and a phone call to get my DoorDash order STARTED because the employees were screaming at the manager. I don’t need the food that bad but my delivery guy politely stood by and waited the entire time when he’s trying to make a living. Zero excuses for that happening. Order was made at 10:16am.
