This Chick-fil-A is lovely – the food and service were above expectations. The tables have vases with faux flowers, which adds a nice and colorful touch to the restaurant! The chicken sandwich was the most moist and tender I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it!

I had to drive back cause they forgot something in my order. They also have their own recipe. Nothing tastes the same as other restaurants. The chicken noodle soup was spicy! The sandwich tasted like a hint of pepper and not good at all.

This is one of the friendliest Chick-Fil-A restaurants we have been to! Upon arriving, we were greeted pleasantly and the cow was out! (Side note: this adult was stoked to have a photo taken with the cow!) Everyone was super nice, answered out questions and checked up on us.
It’s a nice, clean, welcoming atmosphere here and we saw lots of smiles! Thank you for the great food and lunch break!

Ordered from this CFA three times on DoorDash. Something has been wrong three times. First time I ordered a spicy deluxe meal with a soup meal and they put some grilled sandwich for a different customer in there missing my meal. Second time I order two sandwiches with nuggets and my nuggets are missing. I reordered the nuggets 12 piece and I only get maybe 8 with one huge one that I guess was supposed to count as four? That doesn’t make any sense. Whoever has been taking mobile orders is atrocious probably can’t read English or count. The lack of attention to detail is astounding. Had to get two refunds because of their mistakes. Lock in.

Service is always outstanding! Everyone always so friendly and pleasant! They make you feel appreciated that you stopped in! Inside staff as well as outside staff! Had Spicy sandwich and 5 piece nuggets. Both good, but nuggets a little salty than I’d of liked. Still good though.

I loved this experience because the people who work here are always smiling, as if they enjoy their job. The service is absolutely amazing, I only had one bad meal that had hair in it. Still, the manager was very nice about it and gave me a simple refund and an, extra mean for the inconvenience overall the Chick-fil-A is absolutely phenomenal!!!

Every time I go to this chick fil a whether I’ve done a mobile order or went through the drive thru the wait is long. If you have to be anywhere this is not the chick fil a to visit. The last few times my food has been cold when I received it. Some times I intentionally drive to the other chick fil a on Dupont Hwy down the road. I’ll be doing that going forward. Always at least a 10 minute wait or longer. Defeats the purpose of fast food. Disappointing!

I stopped in your store this morning.At about six forty five a m. The food I received was totally unacceptable. I called the manager. She was very helpful. I let her know that my hash Browns were like yesterday’s hash. Browns, they weren’t even hot my biscuit. With a sausage, Patty, the biscuits were hard. I like they were yesterday’s leftover biscuits and my sandwich meal was bacon. Egg biscuit again the biscuit was old and hard, very upsetting.I have a two hour drive.I was looking forward to my food.Helping me to stay awake the best thing I got was my iced tea. I am appreciative that the manager on duty.She sounded as if she was a foreign lady.She would coach the staff to let them know not to serve food in that condition. She ended up refunding my money, not that I wanted that.She did more.She gave me points and again.She said she would coach her staff.

The food here is good and the inside stays relatively clean, my problem is with Nicoy. He is very unfriendly with a sort of condescending attitude and passive aggressive choice of words towards other employees, which was very sad to see. Everyone else is very kind and my orders are always completed relatively quickly. I personally think Nicoy should be fired and replaced for the sake of the team, I have known many people who have worked there in the past whom have quit because of Nicoy specifically. it makes me very sad to not see the people I am familiar with working there anymore because of his actions and harmful behavior.
