Service nice although a long wait. Food was good until biting into a rotten blueberry in my salad. Kids meals would be a nice addition. Happy to have this local option , even if it is a satellite campus location.

Great quality and great healthy selections are also offered. The employees are very nice, however, service at dinner hours is way too long. Students are pressed for time and can’t be waiting 15-20 minutes just to receive their food. Otherwise, great location!

Chick-fil-A runs like a well-oiled machine. The food is always delicious, and you can depend on it to be so. We all know the customer service is incredible. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because it’s a little pricey. And because I still prefer Popeyes.

I had called the store to place a large food order for a house party I was hosting and manager Tammy was so nice and answered all of my questions. I arrived at the store around 2 p.m. today and warned the cashier I had a large order and she did not mind. The crew members were very friendly, took my order correctly, and the food was made quick and fresh. The manager on site was very friendly and helped me with all the food bags by placing them in a box so I had less to carry. I haven’t been to the store in years, but always had a positive experience. I was very impressed with the customer service and I am manager working in fast food service for a little over three years. This store truely set a great precedent for other Chick FIl A stores to follow. And I had ordered $63 worth of food and thought crew members would be irritated with me, but service was fast and friendly. I would definetly return to this store if I have another christmas party or even for lunch. Thank you Kutztown Chick Fil a.

The workers here handle the large influx of students during lunch and how busy they are with kindness and grace, I love going here despite the wait. The workers are awesome! The food is great! Kutztown is lucky to have them 🙂

Best place to eat on campus by far, only problem is everyone else knows that too. It’s not uncommon to wait 45 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries, so I recommend going during a time when most people are at class.

Was Served by. A very nice man named Jackson. He displayed great character and pride in his company he was also sewed my pants together when I was going down the kids slide he aall so gifted me a mission bbq gift card for my troubles.overall a great experience.
