I went into the drive thru 2/26/26 6:00 PM ish, it went splendid. The line was quite lengthy but the rate it went thru was amazing and I never would expect should fast and kind service from a fast food chain. All workers were saying my pleasure and were very kind.

What a great place! The people working were friendly and the service was quick. Had the grilled chicken nuggets and they were delicious. It’s a great low calorie/high protein option, if you still want the nuggets taste! Had the tasty fruit cup as well. We also ordered the kids nuggets/waffle fries meal. Not too bad with the overall price. A good seating area but it was popular place to be. There was also a soft play area for the kids, which could easily be viewed through a glass window in the seating area.

Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them two chances. Each time I was given a fry that’s half full and were mini pieces of waffle fries. There is one whole fry can in my container. The rest are crumbs. Someone honestly looked at that and thought it was acceptable to sell. I’ll never be back!

We stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Pottstown by The Outlet, and it was nothing short of amazing. We had heard Chick-fil-A is even better in the U.S. compared to Canada, and this location definitely lived up to that.
The restaurant was spacious with lots of parking and plenty of room to dine in. The service was impressively quick, and the staff were outstanding. Special shoutout to the super nice guy at the front register — he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.
The food was just as incredible. The sweet tea was perfect, and the chicken sandwich was delicious, as always. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was spot on, from the amazing service to the quality of the food. Five stars, without a doubt!

Ordered nuggets from Chick-fil-A, nothing else, just nuggets. Asked if they could be made fresh, was told yes by two employees, one at the intercom and asked again at the window. Got them and they were luke warm, go in, explain and ask for a fresh order and they basically give me the same nuggets (pulled from the same batch). I ask again, very politely if they can be made fresh and was reassured that they were, but the nuggets were the same temperature as my shoes. So the cashier clearly flustered and getting annoyed (after a gang of them come over and show their frustration with me wanting the food I ordered to be how I ordered it, since I have to eat it) asks if I want to speak to a manager, the manager comes over and I explain that I just want them the way I ordered, after a few go rounds, (he was polite) he finally basically says that they can’t serve hot nuggets anymore because people sue, so if you want hot food, I guess you have to go elsewhere or put it in the air fryer when you get home. I won’t be back, not just because the food wasn’t hot but because of how the gang of kids behaved when I was trying to explain myself and asking for what I’m used to getting from CFA.

Wow. This place is great. Eli M was offered amazing customer service. We had one issue with our fries and he was quick on his feet to solve the issue. Management, if you see this, know that this guy is worth keeping around. He needs a raise immediately.

Overall I love Chic Fil A in general. However I had gotten mac and cheese for my mom the other night she let me know that it had a funny taste to it. It tasted like dish soap.

Quite possibly the best Chick-Fil-A in the Northeast. Heck, maybe on the entire planet!!!
Great customer service and attention to detail. Gertrude, our hostess, made sure we were greeted and seated while we awaited our order. She made sure we knew where everything was, from the extra napkins to the touchless trash bin. She even gave my son an extra cherry in his milkshake! Job well done Gertrude!!
Finally, where else in Sanatoga can you dine in and enjoy spectacular views of the Limerick cooling towers nearby?
