Finally made it to Bard’s. Started off with a “small” order of Poutine. A bit salty but awesome, it didn’t last long. In fact, we ate half of it before taking the picture. Another cool thing was you can either get fries, a bowl of chili, or a cheese coney as your side with a burger!
Ordered the Classic and The Flame burgers. I had the 3-alarm, but you can get the 4 and 5-alarm heat level. The 3 was perfect for me. The jalapenos, bacon, and chipotle mayo just made a terrific bite. The meat was perfect on both. Their Cincinnati style chili is a classic type. Reminds me of Camp Washington’s or maybe Empress. I’m coming back just for this sometime.
Great staff and good food, overall a great experience. If there is one critique, parking is difficult, but the building and location has a small town joint vibe.

5/5 ☆s all down the charts. by far best wings best poutine, best atmosphere, best all of dat! If you’re looking for good food and good service this is the place to go. Their Wings are smoked to a crisp and all their food is cooked to order. Oh yeah and their Burgers instead of fries you can freely substitute a Chili Cheese Coney!!

The food was tasty and good portions. Service left something ro be desired. We were definitly forgotten about. They dont give you a check, just tell you the total when you go up to pay. You can ask to review the bill at that time.

Super cute place with that perfect stacked burger. Wings were unique but so good. A smoked dry rub. They were hustling on a Friday evening. Very casual. Full bar. And a new dining area in the back. We loved it for the super chill atmosphere. Took us back to the old times and I love that!

A bit of a step back in time. We ordered a draft Narragansett Beer which is a little different for this part of the country. Their Greek salad was chocked full of cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, onions, pepperocini, feta, and mixed lettuce. It was fresh and tasty. I got a 4 way bean chili. Hubby got a burger with barbecue. We both liked what we got. Cheese curds were as good as any we have had in Wisconsin.

Our server Jess was great if that was really her name LOL, friendly funny with a smile, she gave us the daily specials rundown, got our drink order so we could look over the menu. After bringing our drinks we were ready to order to which one of our party asked if meat comes with the hamburger which she took that comment and ran with it and he wouldn’t live that down the reat of the meal along with the red mustard ROFL! She made our night out a dinner with a show. Our food came out fresh and hot, I had planned to eat half then and finish the other half later but is was so good I ate it all and was too full for dessert but got the doughnut pudding to go to have later, it smells delicious. Great experience & great food.

We went to Bard’s this afternoon. We live about 45 minutes away, but it is worth the drive. Jordan, the owner, is always greeting the customers and is very friendly to all the customers. They really make you feel like family. My wife got the smoked brisket and cheese curds. I got the Bards Burger and the fries. The burger was perfectly cooked, the starter sauce was awesome, the fries had that nice light chipsband were cooked through in the middle. I had a couple of the curds which had that cheesy pull. The brisket had a nice smokey flavor and were tender. Our waitress was too nice and the service was excellent. We absolutely love this place and you will too.
