The food is always delicious but the nasty attitude the employees have is disgusting if I didn’t work at the mall and have limited options on where to eat I would never ever go there. The service is terrible cashiers are the worst, the smart remarks the eye rolling just close the whole business down at this point or get a whole new set of team cause this one ain’t it. Chic fil a is known for the great service and food you provide. This location bringing a bad rep to the franchise

This Chick-fil-A does not disappoint. Generally very popular, the lines can be long but the service and quality are good. Ordered a nuggets kids meal with Mac and cheese and the Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich. Both the nuggets and the spicy deluxe were hot, fresh, and crispy with just the right level of seasoning. Extra tomatoes and a good amount of lettuce showed the quality that went into it. The fries have a hint of sea salt which isn’t overwhelming and were also hot and crispy. The Mac and cheese is heavy but just as good as expected.

The only reason I have recently been using this Chick-fil-A was because the one across from the mall was closed for innovations. As that one will be opening up next week. I will never eat at this one again.

Went to place an online order on my lunch break as I work in the mall and placed my order at 1:15 and then didn’t get my for until 1:40! I spend my entire lunch break down waiting. When I got my food, it was cold and placed in the bag with no care, as all the food spilled in the bag as I opened it. I love Chick-fil-A but this experience was awful and it makes me never want to order from this one again

There needs to be a better system in place for when it’s busy and a delivery driver has to come in and pick up an order. As I personally am not comfortable shoving my way through a line of people and when the line is huge I’m not just going to stand there and wait for the whole line to shorten.

Came 30 minutes before closing so i think they thought they could just throw anything they wanted in there. ordered a salad, 1 regular and 1 deluxe sandwich, and 2 6ct nuggets. ended up getting 5 medium fries, 2 regular sandwiches, a salad, and 1 6ct nugget.

You can never go wrong with a large Chick-Fil-A waffle fry with a cheese sauce & a frozen strawberry lemonade. Just the right amount of salt from the fries & cheese sauce. Combined with the sweet, mildly tart taste of the frozen strawberry lemonade. It’s the perfect snack!
