Thank you for always willing to make fries even when it’s not lunch time. My autistic, non verbal son requests fries frequently and many places will not make them; even other chick-fil-a locations. But this location has never denied the request. Excellent customer service . -a thankful mother

Haven’t had a single good experience here. I wanted a simple breakfast sandwich as advertised, but what i got was a flat, tiny, kid-sized bite chicken. I was also charged for a meal because the cashier assumed i wanted a meal and didn’t clarify. Would not go here again

Ordered 12 count grilled nuggets cashier rang it up as 8 when she was going over the order I said 12 before I paid order was given to me and when I got home noticed I was given an 8 count but charged for 12. Nice bait and switch. Hope that extra couple dollars goes straight in her pocket

Idk why recently I’m perceiving a sweet taste on the chicken strips and it’s getting ridiculous to the point where you can add some sugar powder to the chicken and eat it like a scone !!! I just want a crispy salty chicken strips please do better !!!

We ordered our meals on the app ahead of time. My payment went through and was approved. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to add anything and my sister asked to add a cheese sauce and a Polynesian sauce. We gave the man her card and he said it went through. We pulled up to the window and the man tells us that our last transaction in the drive thru didn’t go through, so we would need to pay again. We were then charged for everything again on my sister’s card, instead of just the extra sauces. When we asked the man about it he said it was just a system error. Somehow I was charged for the meal on my card and my sister was charged too. Then when we drove away, I went to take a sip from my drink and my cup had a gaping hole in the bottom, spilling a large root beer all over my sister. Not to mention, our fries were half full and all crumbs, and my sisters sandwich was completely burnt and had pickles on it when we had requested it without. The cheese sauce that was the cause for it all, ended up only being a third full. All in all a horrible experience.
