I went to the Chick-fil-A at Columbus Commons and Bridget was so kind. . She was absolutely amazing and a wonderful employee. She was so pleasant and nice. We had some confusion on our order that was our fault, but she fixed it immediately and made it right. She’s definitely one more reason why Chick-fil-A so successful.

Came here one 12/31 for the first time in the drive thru and the service was pretty good and efficient, the only thing was the line was long but that’s to be expected at Chick-fil-A drive thru. The food was fresh, perfect temp and good too. Would definitely come back recommend.

Brought my CERC group here after a nighttime basketball game last Thursday, and the management/ staff made sure the kids were 100 percent accommodated. My salad was not good. Lettuce was partially wilted. There was barely any chicken on the salad (only a couple pieces). I also did not receive all of my “fixings” for my southwest salad. Completely ruined my experience. Not only that but the wait time was very excessive.

This was probably the one of the least quality Chick-fil-A locations I have ever been to. The customer service wasn’t as expected from other locations, but it was a rainy lunch time. However the quality of food was beyond sub-par. With traffic and weather, it wasn’t even worth the u-turn to speak to anyone. I have just always trusted the Chick-Fil-A standards of quality.

Wow. So first off, we have the ’12 piece’ nuggets, as seen in the picture. Where my other 4 nuggets at? I paid for them… Ok, we’ll chalk it up to mistake, right? Not like I absolutely needed them. But next up is the fries, isn’t this place notorious for having Waffle Fries? What is this. They’re still fries, sure, but. Where did they come from? And why was there hair buried under the first several fries? This food was very expensive, and my friend and I both got kind of sick. I was up most of the night in a battle between whether it was coming or going. I don’t know what happened with my friend after they left, but I do know that the following morning, I puked up whatever I hadn’t dooked out, and afterward everything seemed fine. In short, it was very expensive, our order was wrong and gross, and we got sick. Never again Chik Fil A.

I’m sure this is the WORSE Chick-fil-A that I’ve ate at! I ordered a “large” waffle fries, that didn’t look large. My fries was soggy and it was room temperature; it definitely lacked any flavor. My Chicken sandwich was totally dry and the bun was greasy! Next time I’m in this city, I’ll make sure to never stop at this location.
