This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that have quick pick up times after the food order has been placed. It’s rare to wait for a order more than 10 minutes. Unless your order is a catering order than it would take longer. Keep up the good work feeding those hungry customers.

Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Drive thru is crowded but they always manage to keep it moving smoothly. The only suggestion I could make, is to keep your lobby cleaner. I went in to pick up a catering order and the lobby/dining room was FILTHY. Floors were black with grime. The fronts of the counters AND the counters were gross and sticky. And the employees were handling trash without gloves. Not very sanitary. Otherwise, 4 stars

Friday was such a beautiful day. I decided to do a couple of places, but I don’t understand why they didn’t appear on my local guide. So, I’ll show and tell today. First, I went to Totally Sweet Cafe in West Philly. Then Boscov’s in Media Pa. Now this Boscov’s was bigger than any other store I’ve been in. Oh yes, I will be back, I found so many bargains I couldn’t resist. Then I went to Chick Fil A, don’t have the pictures for that because I was eating and driving back to Philly before the rush hour. I got a salad and chicken strips. That salad was delicious and the chicken was hot.

I was really disappointed in the customer service at this location. The drive through team members were very short and seemed as though they wanted to be anywhere else. I get it, it’s work but at Chick-fil-a I hold the team members to a higher standard based on the company’s emphasis on customer service. I ordered a meal and luckily checked the bag before I left because it was missing items. Mistakes happen so I just went inside and asked for help. I felt very dismissed and like I was the problem. It was a disappointing experience because I’ve never had it happen at a chick-fil-a. I hope it can be a learning opportunity for everyone.
