Unique, walk-up window Chick-fil-A! I’ve never seen one setup like this before – no dining room. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your meal at, and clean, well kept restrooms. Standard, full menu with drive through. Staff was friendly and attentive and quick to resolve a small issue with our order.

I went today around 2pm to 3pm and there was a gentleman named Christian who recognized me and remembered a part of my order. Usally have a great experience at this location, but not today.

Picked up for my family because it’s a busy night for us. We were asked to pull up to the stop sign to wait for our order and waited there for an additional 10-15 minutes. Not a big deal.

But then I get home to feed the family, and we our missing 2 large fries. It doesn’t end there , when I go to eat my Grilled chicken deluxe…. it’s completely cold, the chicken is rubbery and it was saltier then ocean water.

Listen I’m not afraid to say that I am a big that doesn’t waste food… but I spit out the bite of the sandwich that I took like it was an Olympic event. Not edible at all.

Every time I eat at this location, I end up feeling nauseous. I’m starting to wonder if they’re skimping on oil changes or using old ingredients. It’s weird because the Chick-Fil-A near Capital City mall is a whole different experience. I’m actually really disappointed because I love Chick-Fil-A, and this location being close to my house would be perfect if the food didn’t make me sick all the time.

I went thru the drive thru. Quick service. I ordered chicken strip meal. 4pieces, enough for my mom and I to split. Waffle fries were DELICIOUS! CHICKEN WAS TENDER AND ALSO DELICIOUS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I think I would have had more satisfaction burning the money I spent today than what I got. They didn’t have the sandwich I actually came for, which was annoying but I understand. But then my drink tasted completely off, like the soda machine was running on fumes and nobody noticed. Between the missing sandwich and the gross drink, it just felt lazy and disappointing. This is my 13th reason.

It’s 7:49am. We pre-ordered our food (app) and we were there for 7 minutes. No one communicated to us, yet they ran back/forth to 3 other cars which arrived after us (not on the preorder line). A little communication like “ hey we’re waiting on such & such”…. matters a lot to customers. So we don’t feel ignored/ like we did something wrong.
