I wanted chicken nuggets but got grilled chicken nuggets. I didn’t realize it until I got home. The grilled chicken was good but not what I wanted. They really have the drive thru down to an art. Even with a large turnout, the wait isn’t long. My mom always wants to stop whenever we’re out. We love their frosted lemonade.

This was my first time here today. The food was good. What impressed me though was the staff. Not only were they all very professional, but it seems as though this establishment is bucking the trend of corporate America and getting an adequate amount of staff. Instead of like other establishments with two people running their heads off trying to take care of everyone, I saw an adequate amount of staff everywhere. In the drive-thru, I’m assuming in the kitchen because of the speed of the food, at the counter, and they even had somebody in the eating area just looking for anything that needed attention. I felt like she would have cleaned up anything that was needed or helped me with anything that I needed. A+ service.

I paid $1.30 extra for bacon and this is all I got! I have been a loyal repeat customer to the establishment. Now I just may not be after this so ridiculous. Plus my drinks were leaking everywhere in the car because they were too full! I understand they were very busy but still I would have waited a little longer to get what I paid for.

We love coming to Chick-fil-A! The food is so tasty and we always have a wonderful experience with our visits because the workers are always so kind. Have never had bad food here. In addition to the awesome food, they also have a play place for kiddos 3 and under! My toddlers love when we visit because they always get to burn some energy! It’s perfect for lunch on snowy or rainy days. The restrooms are also always exceptionally clean which is always appreciated with kiddos in tow.

Our cashier greeted us, took our order and then came and brought us a mint when we had finished our meal. Our food came hot and fast and we will be back again!! Thank you Chick-fil-A for your awesome customer service and yummy hot food!!

Their quality got worse. The past few times I ordered a sandwich my chicken was completely dry, my buns were stale, and they fries were burnt. Plus, my sandwich was lukewarm. Nothing was fresh nor did it taste good. My food tastes like it was sitting out all morning because it was pre made and they just heated it up in the microwave where it gets hard when it cools. This location has lost its touch. They also seemed to have shrunk the size for fries.

If I could give them no stars I would! Placed a mobile order BEFORE breakfast ended got there 1 MINUTE past 1030 and was advised they cancelled our order. Nowhere does it state that they will cancel the order if you arrive after breakfast ends. After driving over 30 mins and having 2 young kids hungry & crying, they said they wouldn’t do anything about it but “help us place a new one.” We were even charged. Chik fil A will NEVER get our business again after being treated this way.
