I’ve been a fan of chic fil a for some time. However it has gotten quite expensive imo. Feeding a family of 3 or 4 easily costs $40+. This location however tasted better than ours back home. The restaurant itself though was a bit congested and doesn’t have a very convient place to wait for your food. You’re just kinda in the way no matter where you are.

The cashier, Cooper, was extremely hospitable and gracious. It was late on a Thursday and the restaurant was extremely busy. Has he took my order the rest of the restaurant was operating like a well-oiled machine. There were smiles everywhere; behind the counter, across the counter, and on the restaurant floor. I chose to dine in and my meal was brought to my table by another well-mannered young gentleman. The food was healthy and tasty. This is a fast food that displays, fresh roses, on the tables. An operation like this reflects their managements. And businesses complain that they can’t find good staff?! There are plenty of good employees in the workforce. One simply has to find them, train them, pay them, and treat them well! Keep up the great work Chick-fil-A and I’ll be back!

All right guys this is delicious as probably everyone in Erie knows, because this is the store that gets the most busiest, I would definitely recommend ordering ahead for pick up! Save yourself some hassle, even the drive-through will be shorter than going inside if you get claustrophobic easily lol they do a great job at trying to get everybody taken care of as soon as possible though, the food is so worth it that you don’t mind the wait, and there’s a little playground there for the children to let loose while waiting ☺️

Always friendly people behind the counter. Just updating an old review… we’ve stopped here many times over the years as we travel through on I-90 and I wanted to mention that this location has invested a good amount into improving the drive through experience. The interior is still nice but because we travel with a dog, we eat in the parking lot – which is decent. There’s plenty of overflow parking around if it’s full. Today we got the classic chicken sandwich #1 both plain and as deluxe and both sandwiches were great. As were the waffle fries and lemonade. Definitely recommend this location!

I never went to chik fil a until a few months ago bc every time I drove by there was a massive drive thru line. Well I got talked into picking up dinner there and it blew my mind how fast getting through the line was and how quickly the food was ready. And it’s so good!

Very friendly morning staff. My order also came very quickly, the food was very hot, and it tasted good. For as busy as this place gets being on upper Peach Street, they do a very good job at this location.

Predictably high quality food and fast, friendly service which makes the meal always enjoyable. Note that on busy travel weekends lunchtime especially may get crowded in the dining room so perhaps plan to eat a bit early or late to improve the atmosphere for your time in the restaurant if dining in.

Tonight was the first time I have ever been rushed out of a dining room immediately after paying for my food and before even taking a single bite. I paid for my meal at 8:43 PM, received it at 8:51 PM, and sat down to eat. Within minutes, an employee came over and told me I had only a couple more minutes before I had to leave, even though I had just sat down and other customers were still eating.
The store closes at 9:00 PM, and I arrived well before closing time. Closing time means the restaurant stops taking new orders, not that paying customers are forced to leave before they have even begun eating. I have never experienced anything like this in any restaurant or fast food place. Customers who enter before closing should always be given enough time to finish the meal they paid for.
The employee went from table to table saying the same thing, even though several people had just received their food. If the dining room is still open and customers have been served, they should be allowed reasonable time to eat.
Another customer even spoke up about the situation because it did not seem right to him either. What happened tonight was unacceptable and does not reflect the service Chick-fil-A is known for. I hope management reviews this, because rushing paying customers out the door while they are still opening their food should never happen.
