We went through the Drive-thru to try the steak bites. We really enjoyed the steak bites because they were very tender and tasty. They also made fresh curly fries to go with our steak bites. We were very pleased with our purchases and will be doing it again.

I don’t go here often but this visit was the nail in the coffin. I waited to give my order, not a huge problem. Another person came on the speaker and I gave my order- pretty simple, the #12 Rueben no dressing as a meal with poppers. I get home and what do I have? Rueben, no sauerkraut, no Swiss but it did have the one thing I asked NOT to have -dressing. WHAT? So I call them and get the excuse that they only have two people working. I’ve now waited 10 minutes for a screwed up sandwich and cold poppers. I could have tolerated the wait if they had at least gotten my order right. I don’t live close so this was just a total waste of money. If you can’t at least make the orders correct just close.

Probably one of the worst arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had multiple problems here, but this one really takes the cake. Placed an online order and when I got to the window they were bagging it up – not an issue at all. The issue was I watched the employee pull out an open sauce cup (cheddar sauce) from the bag. She had definitely spilt it in the bag. Mistakes happen, no biggie. The cheese cup was replaced, but the mess all over the bag wasn’t cleaned up. No napkins either, so when I reached into the bag you can imagine my surprise when everything I tried to grab was covered in the cheddar cheese sauce. I live in town, but work at an Arby’s in Findlay. I don’t want to have to drive 25 minutes just for some decent Arby’s, especially at 10pm. Knowing the kind of service and care I put into each order while a corporate store doesn’t is so very frustrating. Every other visit that hasn’t been an eat in order has been disappointing. Cold fries, not filled all the way, dumped out in the bag, wrong oz of roast beef, extra messy, and the list goes on. I did not want to leave this kind of review because I understand mistakes happen, but when 90% of my visits here are disappointing, something needs said. I’ve had problems with this specific employee before, but I know it’s not just this one individual. As a corporate store, you all really need to do better. There are food standards for a reason.

Horrible experience. Ordered our food. Watch the girl throw our food on the landing zone. Credit card machine wasn’t working. She rudely said cash only. When she could had easily open the other register or in drive thru when we were the only customers in line. I get only having two crew but respect the customers. Hunter was doing what he could do. Nothing against him. But being a manger you can’t just walk away from the situation. And just stand in the grill area. Fix the situation.

I don’t understand what happened to this Arby’s they were doing so great when they first reopened and for some reason here recently, they can’t listen when you take and do your order every time you go in to order it’s an attitude like you’re doing something wrong and when you call up and let them know what’s going on they claim they’re gonna put your name in the book and then they never do that right there is stealing you were stealing from your customers and I’m sorry, but why is there red sauce all over this freaking sandwich like I asked for extra when I asked for no red sauce

This has to be the worst Arby’s in Ohio. Unfortunately it’s the only Arby’s in Fostoria. This time was the last time though how can a restaurant run out of the most advertised item out. Totally unacceptable. The Arby’s in Fostoria Ohio DOES NOT HAVE THE MEAT.

I would say a 5 star but here lately it hasn’t been on top of things. I actually went through the drive through before work last night and got a turkey Reuben meal… There was no sauerkraut on it and it wasn’t cut in half like it normally is.

Ordered the Sweet quarter pounder brisket sandwich. It had 3 thin pieces of meat and NO sauce. Disgusting. Hopefully this Arbys branch closes and we can get a Popeys chicken or something. At this point I rather drive out of town for a REAL Arbys then watch this branch screw up every order in new and spectacularly disappointing ways. So over this place. 0/10 Don’t bother trying to eat here. You won’t get what you order.
