Let’s be honest the people are the best part of Chick-fil-A. In my opinion, the food could be a little better quality, but the training here and the quality of service is second to none. A true picture of what good training and treating your employees can look like. On their fast food restaurant should take a note but they don’t.

I’d like to make it clear that the entire staff here is really great. The atmosphere has an easy going air to it, but reeled in enough to be business oriented and taking care of things.
I’d like to highlight Quay, an absolute joy to interact with. Asking all the right questions (those I didn’t contemplate), patient as I figured it out, and she was extremely personable.
This type of service, this environment is what will have me returning.
Aside from the staff here, the whole place is clean and organized, its not a doubt the employees have integrity in their job, its a great thing to see these days, (for it is something lacking in …various other places.

The air here is fresh….not quite like Niagra Falls balcony dining, but definitely something akin to high altitudes.
The staff are welcoming and no nonsense. They know the script…are you dining in?, what can I get you?, let me read your order, is there anything else?, do you have reward’s app?,….pay, and keep it moving.
I think it’s notable that the cashiers are very welcoming and patient to you for using the app or quickly adjusting your order to add a reward and such even when the line may be growing. Chick-fil-A has great training evident in the quality with staff interactions from my experience at multiple locations in different states.
With that being said, on this morning, I got my signature breakfast burrito with chicken and a yogurt parfait with cookie crumbles. It’s a meal that delivers consistently. The mix of moist chicken, egg, cheese, and potato….and the sweet yogurt with crumbly Oreo/cookies and cream goodness….add a coffee and you are ready to head off to the pitt.
This location is very spacious and even has an indoor play space in the rear for the little ones.
Finally, parking is better than most comparatively as the restaurant shares a large space with 3 other restaurants. So, CFA peek, lunch hours, will be different than the restaurant so parking should be better….I can’t speak for the drive-through.

One of the worst ones I’ve ever been too! It wasn’t that the food was bad but some lady names Que just berated this other associate in front of everyone for not being at the front counter. Probably not a good thing to do in front of customers. I will never return to this location.

so i do mobile ordering for a reason. sometimes i just can’t go in. the past five times ive done a mobile order they’ve forgotten every sauce that i asked to have in my order. i understand if its a one time or two time thing but five? I’m not about that. However, today when they forgot it i was able to go in. The girl who i had to talk to was so rude and made it seem like i was a bother to them to ask for what was MISSING in my order. Then as i left she rolled her eyes. Do better honestly ♀️

I spoke with Scott (shift Manager) after arriving to the resturant and was told that they don’t have anymore breakfast after i let him know my order was placed at 10:27am. I showed my transaction through my bank and was told that I would get a refund on Monday and they wouldn’t be able to make what I ordered. I was then turned away instead of my order to be honored. I would expect this type of service from a McDonalds. Very dissatisfied.
