Every time I come here I get food from the drive thru whether it’s a mobile order or ordering. The food is great but when it comes to sauces and other things I need to eat my food it seems as if they are being stingy or careless. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be the place where you get chicken with and for a smile. That’s not the energy I get from the Pleasant Hills area. When I ask for four sauces they always end up giving me 2. Even if I ask for sauces in general I only ever get 1. I just came thru the drive thru to order a chicken bowl for breakfast and a mobile order for my mom. My mother ordered two ketchups and got one. I never received my much needed fork with my chicken bowl. Also lately they have not been using their salad bags to bag up two or more bagged orders. Thanks for not making my life simple. First of all, lady on the speaker sounded a bit irritated. The guy handing me my food seemed over it. How am I supposed to eat silverware food like it’s finger food? I have places to be, hence why it’s called fast food. I cannot have enough time to come back to grab a fork nor find anywhere who has one. I understand that it’s early but any other time I come here during the afternoon it’s still the same service as I have gotten today. This Chick-fil-A is worse than Monroeville Chick-fil-A and that says something because they are always busy. As of right now they need to step their game up because Homestead Chick-fil-A is the top 1%. Made my day hard because you don’t like your job. I needed that fork.

I love this location. Very accommodating when needed. I received an wrap that wasn’t made to my likening and they ended up correct and exceeding my expectations without no hesitation. Thank you to the manager on duty!!

Drive through needs working on… Not sure when they went downhill. A few years ago it was brag worthy.
Homestead is by far #1 but I guess that is what happens when everyone started letting these kids run places with no adults to be found such a shame it is everywhere anymore.

I ordered a cob salad and requested a hot grilled filet and confirmed twice that it would be a hot filet. The person taking the order rang in cold chicken and there was barely any chicken on the salad. I found out after I got back home to eat that the receipt said cold chicken was rang in.

I always receive the best customer service here. This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond every time. The line moves quickly, the staff truly know their stuff, and their manners are so appreciated.
I especially want to recognize Amber. She’s been working here for years, and believe it or not, I can even recognize her voice through the speaker. Every interaction with her is consistently positive. She shows up for herself, her team, and her customers and it’s clear she genuinely loves her job.

Delicious chicken! Every time we drive past here the place is lined around the building and the parking lot is full. So we finally decided to stop. The chicken was juicy and delicious. The waffle fries were kind of cold which was surprising for it being so busy. The restroom was really clean and this was right at lunch time so that impressed me. The staff were friendly and attentive to the tables as well as the customers. There was a cute play area for the little ones. They fill your pop at the order area which is different than we are custom to with most fast food places having their own refill stations. I thought it was high quality and good price.

On 7/8 at 7:56p I was in the left lane at chick-fil-a waiting for the young man to take my order. The caucasian woman that was in front of me ordered her food and he was pleasant to her and even told her my pleasure. I moved up and his whole demeanor was rude, as soon as he seen that I was a black woman. I started the conversation with hi, and right off the bat he said what do you want? I said a spicy chicken salad and he said what dressing? I said creamy salsa and he said what else do you want, I said that’s all. The young man gave me my total and I took my phone out he said is that Apple Pay, very rude and I said yes. I held my phone up and he slam the machine on my phone and then said you’re done you can go. I used to like coming to this chick-fil-la but after tonight I’m done because I noticed that he was upset when he had to take the black women’s food order. Then after all that I get home and find a hair on my tomato. Really!!!!! If you’re black don’t come to the chick-fil-a in Pleasant Hills because this is exactly how you will be treated.
