This is by far the worst Chick Fill A experience I have ever had. I placed my mobile order like I always do, for some reason, they made the food 45 minutes before I arrived AND THEY WOULDN’T REMAKE MY ORDER. On top of that, the sandwich was wrong. I’m sticking with my local location that waits for me to check in before making my food and always gives great service and HOT FRESH FOOD

Chickfila has been my mom and I’s go-to easy dinner option for a while now but over the past couple months this location has been very disappointing. My mom loves their Mac and cheese almost to the point it’s a problem. But the past like 8 times we’ve ordered they keep skimping out on the portions. Why on earth am I paying almost $5 for a medium mac and cheese only to get a cup that’s 1/2 way full? They fill the small cups more than what we’ve been receiving recently. This isn’t a new issue and we have tried to reach out but it just keeps happening over and over again.

never had this problem before, and i come to this location very frequently. i order a spicy chicken salad with no pickles (which was a correct), a medium fry with 2 ranch, and a large dr. pepper. got halfway home and realized that my large dr. pepper was actually a large coke. got home to dig into my meal and my medium fries were actually a small/kids fry! i even mobile-ordered, so i know what i got was correct. you can’t even order a small/kids fry when you mobile order

I constantly ask for fresh fries and they never give me fresh fries I spent over $30 and my food was cold. I waited for my food for 30 min .There’s a ton of kids running the store and they don’t care about anyone’s food. When I try to tell them that the fries are cold they tell me that they’re brand new fries and they just came out instead of getting me new ones. They try to be nice but they actually hate customer service . Terrible customer service there’s no adults that work at the store.

Staff are incredibly kind and their manager is also one of the most generous workers in the entire mall. I highly recommend ordering online if you can, as the manager will often reward mobile app users with free in-app rewards such as mac & cheese or a beverage.
Manager Matt Roach and the rest of the staff (especially those working closing shift on 6/26) make me want to keep coming back!

Entering the Beaver Valley Mall and spotting Chick-fil-A is usually my primary motivation for visiting. The employees consistently greet you with smiles, creating a friendly environment. Each meal is fresh, served hot, and absolutely tasty with every mouthful. Although I’m not generally a fan of fast food, I do appreciate good food served quickly, which is exactly why I choose CFA.
