Don’t waste your time or money. The cooks don’t care if your order is correct. The manager either doesn’t care or is unable to get employees to prepare food correctly. Burger King corporate doesn’t care. They will act like you’re trying to scam just because you give a bad review, even when you didn’t even ask for a refund. They don’t care to correct issues.

Brandon, MS location:
Order speaker continues to be out of order.
Employees are not polite and can be rude at times.
Orders are not prepared correctly as ordered and they get an attitude if you want it corrected.
Onion rings and fries are always soggy, cold, and disgusting.
Chicken doesn’t seem to ever be fresh or hot.
If burgers, sandwiches, or wraps are prepared wrong and you take it back to be corrected, they just wipe off the sauce and give it back to you. You can still taste the incorrect sauce that was on there. We had a wrap returned to us with the shell wet like they’d rinsed it under a faucet.
The wraps are very small for the price. Maybe 2-3 decent bites. The chicken one is only about 1/4 of a chicken piece with one small tomato slice and a few shreds of lettuce.

Those employees would be fighting mad if they received food like that. But they somehow think it’s ok to serve it to other people. It’s a shame food isn’t prepared properly, because Burger King food is pretty good when hot, fresh, and correct. The reservoir location isn’t any better. Either bad managers or bad employees who don’t care to do things right.

Don’t even bother contacting corporate in efforts to correct issues here. They will not do anything and will be upset for you bothering them.

Just go somewhere else.

Ordered on mobile app. Wasnt ready when we got there. Had to pull up and wait 10 mins. Cool. We did the burgers for breakfast thing. The lady in drive thru window got an attitude cause she had to make our burgers we ordered for breakfast as advertised on menu, saying we dont do this but ill make an exception for you like it was some favor to us. Its literally what youre supposed to do. Its advertised and let me order it that way so what are you talking about? Lazy and rude. Then burned my burger and put no ketchup on it. Like idk what this bk is doing but the company needs to really weed out some management. They wont even be busy and still take 10 to 15 mins to get you the food. Disgusting experiance over all.

This Burger King has awful customer service. The day manager that is there through the week makes it very clear that we are just interrupting her day by being customers. On the other hand with getting food either the system is down or they don’t have any food ready at this time AND have no idea when Annie will be ready!!! I do not understand how they run a business and this is how they treat their customers and they never seem to have any product.

I accidentally forgot to ask my order without mayonnaise and the cashier said, “Now I gotta make a new one! You gonna buy another one? Now is this my fault or your fault? And of course I said it was my fault because I didn’t want to cause a scene. Just disrespectful in general, will most likely not come back.

Went to Burger King in Brandon Ms today. This store has fallen to a very low point. The manager that’s always on the front counter is always so rude, she was arguing with kitchen team screaming at crew in kitchen with attitude, the food was ice cold and they pulled me up for 10 min just to bring out cold burgers. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the pattie was cold as well. I bet if food inspector caim in and temped the food they would have failed it. They need to get it together. I will be letting the health department know.

As soon as we walked in the service was awesome! I never got her name, but she’s the short Caucasian lady with redish hair; she was wonderful to us all throughout our visit for take out! She had a kind caring attitude and made sure we got everything we needed. We ordered the new Philly melt combo with the mozzarella fries as the side, and it was really good. I enjoyed the Philly melt with the cheese, sauce, and char grilled flavor on the meat; the only thing I would say is that it probably could’ve used more peppers on it, but that’s about it. The mozzarella fries were nice, hot, crispy, and tasty!

We ordered breakfast from BK in the midst of planning my mother’s funeral. The order was placed on the app. We had proof of order at that location and the payment hit the bank. She refused to discuss, even with proof since we weren’t Megan or Jason. I told her about my mother and she shrugged her shoulders. She told us it wasn’t her concern that we now had to go to the bank to get a refund. Her words were if we wanted food that we re-order. Will not be back anytime soon.

My husband ordered me a Whopper they gave me the Whopper package but when you open up the burger you get two pieces of hamburger meat cheese and bacon now what the hell is this. Do they not know how to make a Whopper.
