The service here goes above and beyond what you would expect from a “chicken” restaurant
The attention to detail in the restaurant was fantastic, so clean and tidy.. The vased fresh cut flowers on the tables is a beautiful touch.
The staff were out of this world, everyone made us feel so welcome and were really attentive….
Jack the Supervisor, oh what can we say, but what an amazing young man he is. His pride for his work, restaurant and the company absolutely shined through…
Oh yes, I nearly forgot the food…. Gorgeous, delicious, tasty and all so fresh.. The chicken is beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection… The grilled nuggets are absolutely out of this world…. Thank you so much for making our visit to Buffalo so memorable… We can’t wait until our next visit to come see you all again.

I stopped into this Chick-fil-A to dine in for lunch. I ordered a Cobb salad and sat to eat. Moments later, an employee comes over to ask “ would you like fresh ground pepper for your salad? “ I look up and she has a huge pepper grinder and goes “ just say when! “ Keep up the good work with customer service Chick! The salad was amazing as well!

We love this restaurant. We think its the best of the “fast food” chains. Service is always a pleasure (pun intended!) inside and the drive thru. I love that there are fresh real flowers on every table. We have never had bad food. And I personal love their specialty drinks!

So today On February 9, 2026 I went to Chick-fil-A on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga, New York for lunch. We had just left the doctors because my cousin has a cast on her foot so we went through the drive-through to order food. How are you supposed to order food from a drive-through when there is no menu available. There was not a paper menu with the employees there was no signs listing what they have. As much as Chick fil A charges for their food this is unacceptable. They really need to fix this issue. I’m truly disappointed.

Stopped briefly for lunch on our way to Cleveland. Ordered a market salad, sliced chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. Despite arriving at 2:30 pm, the drive-thru was bustling; all cars were at this place, not McDonald’s. The line moved swiftly, and everything was incredibly tasty. Came in with a mobile order, food was handed to us but no our drinks, but we’re told they were coming (attitude from first person) took asking 2 people to get our drinks. Get to the car to eat and our biscuits are burnt and hard, eggs are burnt (I’ve never had burnt eggs from a chick fil a before.) Harsbrowns were so greasy it would have been instant diarrhea. This was hands down the worst food I’ve ever gotten from chick fil a.

Today after a movie at the Buffalo Galleria Regal I visited Chick-fil-A for the first time. The restaurant was inviting so I dined in. It was clean with plenty of sitting. The cashier (Christen) was helpful and patient.
Then I met Mary who brought out the meal I ordered. She was very friendly and welcoming. She treated everyone in a helpful manner. I requested a customer review form and she directed me online to this site.

bought a salad, a soup, and a lemonade. You can’t mess up soup and lemonade, but the salad was not fresh and it had an old faint smell. I took a couple of bites and threw it right back up. They sold me a salad for $13.39 just for it not to be fresh

This is an extremely busy restaurant with usually less than 10 people lining up. The staff are taking your order fast. The staff in the dining area are helpful and friendly as they care about your needs for seats, food, napkins, table cleanup… etc. Food is stable in quality. The ice cream that comes with the kids meal is giant. We enjoyed a lunch meal here.
