I recently had the pleasure of being served by Jacalyn at Chick-fil-A, and I have to say, her service was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Jacalyn’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my order. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone as dedicated as Jacalyn on their team!

I went to the drive- thru, earlier- 6- ish, with my teen son. It was very busy! There was a singular young girl running the whole show. She was great!! So smiley and friendly; ❤️Then the guys, running the orders out?- so friendly and happy. This was a much needed interaction on a Friday night on Long Island. My 16 year old son agreed. Don’t normally leave reviews for places like this, but I just wanted to say Jeremy was top-notch from the moment we walked in to even delivering the food to our table asked us if we needed anything several times attention to detail was perfect. Thought it was just a random mistake but it seems like order problems and incorrect items is standard for this location based on previous recent reviews. My major concern is regarding the stale ice cold breakfast items being served later in the day. Are they holding onto breakfast items to reheat and serve to customers the next day? The department of health should really be looking into this restaurant for hazardous food safety protocols putting the public at risk.

Nathalia’s service was some of the best service ive ever been given at any dining establishment. She was quick to realize a mistake in my order and swiftly fixed my problem with no issues or questions asked. She is a true specimen of the food industry and deserves the highest of roles at this establishment. As she balanced prestine customer service with a challenging lunch rush she inspired me to quit my job as a hydrologist to become a fast food employee myself.

I love Chick-fil-A but this particular one in Farmingville is sooo bad. As many of the other reviewers also stated, they always mess up the orders here for some reason. It was so bad in the past that I stopped going here and would drive to the one in Port Jefferson Station instead, which is an awesome one, the best in the area, even though always very crowded. Anyway, a lot of time had gone by since I went to the Farmingville one due to past bad experiences (wrong orders, missing items, wrong items, etc.) that I figured that enough time must’ve gone by that they had read all their bad reviews and addressed their problems by now. Nope. Still messed up my order. Will not be going back to the Farmingville location anymore.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the drive thru is painfully slow. The staff always look confused, the line barely moves, and my order takes forever no matter what time I go. It’s like they see the problem and still keep doing the same thing.
And going inside? Somehow even worse. It feels completely unorganized, and nobody seems to be in mood to help you. You can see a group of people just standing around like they are on a picnic. ChickfilA is usually great, but this place is the total opposite. I’m honestly done coming here until they get their act together.
