Location is slow. Very slow. There is no urgency and there is always an excuse when there is an error. We have been here at all times of the day. The speed of service is slow…. If your in a rush… don’t waste your time and money here.

Ordered in drive thru with my sister visiting from keys. We chose to stay in car since it was a beautiful day. My son had taken me once before and I loved it. My sister loved it too. They do not have one in the Keys. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, CHICKEN WAS TENDER AND Contented with friendly, helpful service.

I see why white people love it. It taste like basic chicken nuggets. Way over hyped. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I couldn’t taste any spice. Mayo isn’t spicy. Much better fried chicken from almost any other fast food chain.

Stopped in on a once off and had the spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were stale and were not fresh and tasted off. Sandwich was good. Used the restroom which wasn’t up to par and could be cleaner. No paper towels. On my way out informed an employee of the towels and she had that deer in the headlight look and said oh and just sat down and finished her lunch. Obviously not a team player.

The food was good. They did forget to give us one of our sandwiches so we had to get back in line to get it, but the line moved quickly. I wasn’t expecting a person to be waiting to take your order before you even got up to the menu (apparently most people know this is a “thing” though). We had to try to quickly pull up a menu on our phone and just chose whatever because we were rushed. But the food was good and the workers were friendly.

I don’t come here often but it’s a nice treat once in a while. Well last time they gave me breaded instead of grilled nuggets and I didn’t realize until I got home, so this time I checked and it happened again. I was still at the drive thru window and pointed it out, they got me a new, grilled nugget, but when I got home I realized it was an 8pc and not the 12 I paid for. After opening the bag and looking at the bill I realized the drive thru person also sold me an extra sandwich, I should have realized from the total but still frustrating. Yes I told him two and reiterated it, and yes I know I said grilled as my wife can’t eat gluten so I am very accustomed to ordering grilled everything. Overall chick-fil-a is great but I’ll probably be going to a different location after having such poor service twice in a row. On the plus side I got to keep an extra 12 nuggets but I think that’s just for health reasons.
