I hope this message reaches management, as I would like to share my recent experiences at this location. I’ve visited Chick-fil-A in other areas and have always had excellent service and food quality, which makes my experience at this particular franchise disappointing by comparison.
Over my last three visits, my fries have been cold and the sandwich bun has been very dry. During my most recent order, I specifically requested that my food be freshly prepared, but unfortunately it still did not meet that expectation.
I value the Chick-fil-A brand and the consistency it is known for, which is why I felt it was important to bring this to your attention. I hope improvements can be made to ensure food quality and freshness match the standards customers expect.

Its been a minute since I’ve been to a chick-fil-A so was pleased to see one on my errand today. I missed breakfast but got this delicious duo which was perfect accompaniment to the first snow day.
In classic style, servers and customers in happy form and nicely decorated for Christmas.

Last two times have been disappointing. Half filled up container of fries. For the price I expect to receive my whole order. I figured the first time things happen they were busy. Second time they weren’t busy and still same half filled up.

Received an order with a ticket number 65 orders before. My full order was one number and I received a very obviously old and stale sandwich from 65 orders previous with a different name as the final piece to my order. Why was this establishment holding onto an order so old and feeling it okay to give it to a customer. I had to drive all the way back into town to get a refund after calling on the phone and being told I had to bring the sandwich back. The refund was without issue once I arrived. But how many other people are they doing this too? Step it guys. This is the third issue I’ve had and I infrequently eat take out. It’s subpar to say the least. God Bless

absolutely amazing! i have been to this chick-fil-a various times and i always have an amazing experience. the food is very fresh, the meat is tender and juicy, and employees make sure to check up on you while you are eating. they don’t skimp out on portion sizes. for those who have children, the play place seems really nice and clean. frequently, i see workers cleaning the establishment throughout my visit and they consistently maintain a tidy environment, making Chick-Fil-A more comfortable for all. head to the cumberland plaza chick fil a for great service and an even greater mall!

The nicest people work here! Andrew is one of the sweetest people to take care of you at the register. Brandi is amazing if you need anything and Miss Betty will make you feel welcome in the dining area. There are so many others that will make your visit a happy one. Their food is top notch for a Chick-fil-A.
A Cobb salad is almost $10, I think the highest price on the menu. I always have lefteovers, though. They are happy to give me another container so I can keep my leftovers untouched for later. Their chicken tenders are also yummy! I really like their house sauce. Then there are the drinks with the free refills, but that will usually put you over $10 with most entrées. Their iced tea is fresh made and their lemonade is made with real lemons and sugar, so you might feel like it’s worth it. I don’t usually buy sides. That’s just me.
Their app is worth using to earn points (I used points to get free chicken tenders at my last visit) and even get store specific rewards. Watch for them!

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious—especially the chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the service is lightning fast. Clean restaurant, great atmosphere.

I ordered today, the person who took my order was kind and nice. By the time I got to the window the guy handed me my bag. I asked is everything in there, he nodded and said yes. Immediately there was no straw for my drink, but I shrugged that off I have extra straws at home. When I got back home I went into my bag and saw no sauce as I cleared asked both the lady and him for. And he said at the window that it was in the bag!!
I used to work in a restaurant and I know the busy rush, but if they were low or just didn’t have any, he could have said that instead of lying about that. There is forgiveness in the world.

Emily made our first time ordering experience easy and refreshing. It was complete chaos inside loud and crowded for the special that was running. Emily was soft spoken kind and in no rush to get to the next guest. She maintained complete professionalism while feeling more like a friend. Food was very good and prompt order time. Side note – my 8 yr old had just been elbowed at the trampoline park in the face and this made his night, Emily you helped make the night easier. Thank you.
