From visiting this location many times they get the order correct maybe 50% of the time. Last night was the worst mess up I ever had. Ordered a tortilla soup and regular deluxe sandwich. I ended up getting a chicken noodle soup with a lid that said it was tortilla soup and a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese when I ordered a regular deluxe with American. Make sure you check your whole order before driving away. I don’t think we will be back to this location for awhile because it gets old when this is the only fast food place around here I’ve had this issue with this consistently.

I use the drive-through a lot because it’s convenient and staff is really nice. My favorite is the Cobb salad with extra chicken only because I’m a big guy and I usually get the honey mustard dressing and that’s really the most I buy. It’s very very delicious. Maybe they give you a good portion and a very courteous in the parking lot. I would recommend it highly the salad that is with the with the extra chicken nuggets. The regular one is for someone that’s not on someone diet. It’s located in egg Harbor Township New Jersey.

Went through the chil fil a drive through , was almost handed the wrong order and had to correct her the first time. I was then handed what I thought was my correct order.

The food was tasty. The portion on the chicken fingers seemed a bit skimpy. The service was friendly but most the tables were dirty when tried to find a seat. Not typical for Chick-fil-A.

The food was good and the servers were friendly. I ordered 2 breakfast meals and asked for the parfait side for one of them. After I got my meal, I realized I didn’t have the hash browns. I went back through the drive thru and they gave me an order of hasbrowns. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged for 2 meals, both with hasbrowns, and the full charge for parfait. I didn’t feel like going thru the drive thru a 3rd time to get it right… Also, maybe they do this at all Chick-fil-A’s but they just put my creamer and sugars in the bag instead of adding them to the coffee,like most places do. For a drive thru, it makes more sense to add them before giving to the customer so they don’t have to pull over, add, and mix.

I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your locations this morning that did not align with the customer service standards Chick-fil-A is known for.
I placed a takeout breakfast order at 10:25 a.m. While there was a long line of cars and only one drive-thru lane open—with no employees outside assisting—by the time I reached the intercom it was approximately 10:32 a.m. At that point, I was told my order had not been fulfilled and that breakfast was no longer being served because breakfast was over.
I proceeded to the window to clarify the situation and was met with extremely rude behavior from an employee in the back, who stated that I “wasn’t there on time.” This was inaccurate, as my order was placed within the breakfast service window, and the delay was due to the drive-thru congestion and lack of staffing support—not anything on my end.
Additionally, I was told I would receive a coupon to compensate for the meal I never received, but I never received that either.
This entire interaction fell well below the level of service and professionalism I associate with the Chick-fil-A brand. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes it can be addressed, as this type of service reflects poorly on an otherwise reputable brand.

If i can give a 0 for quality of food product I would. This is a disgrace. Not only are their so called chicken tenders absolutely small and $12 but I ordered a 4ct and only got 3ct. Wow I will never purchase from Chic Filet. For $12 I’ll be cooking home from now on…..

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Chick-fil-A. On February 26th, I ordered a Chick-fil-A biscuit with butter but got bacon, which I can’t eat due to my religion. I called the store and the manager gave me a Cares Act voucher, but didn’t mention it had an expiration date. When I tried to use it today, March 29th, I was told it had expired. As a Red member, I expected better communication. I’ll be taking a break from Chick-fil-A for a while.

If you make a mistake just own up to it . I ordered a salad southwest reg Chix. They send out a spicy , the girl asked and I confirmed not spicy . She makes a face and still passes me the bag. I don’t appreciate spending my hard earned money for something I didn’t order no matter the price I value my dollar. Don’t look in my face and still give me the incorrect order. I work in the service industry get it right .
