I’m curious to know why you did away with your takeout window. It was hard enough getting a warm meal with the window. Now you never get a hot meal. What’s with the huge hole you put in place of the takeout window? It’s ridiculous. Your employees stand inside and freeze. Your customers get cold meals lukewarm at best. You had to spend tons of money making that poor decision

Horrible experience I placed an order online to receive two peppermint milkshakes. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. The line wouldn’t move so I decided to go inside. Took me an extra 20 minutes to wait for my peppermint milkshake smoothie I only come here and then holidays because I love the peppermint milkshake but I believe it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a milkshake. I work at a fast food and it should take less than 100 seconds at a drive-through manual board for them to come out.

Last evening, my family and I had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A located near Cherry Hill Mall. As always, the food was delightful, maintaining the consistent quality that Chick-fil-A is known for. The service was commendable, with staff members showcasing their usual efficiency and courtesy.
However, while the cleanliness and organization of the space were up to standard, the ambiance lacked a certain je ne sais quoi that usually characterizes Chick-fil-A’s dining experience. It wasn’t as vibrant or engaging as one might expect, which, while not detracting from the quality of the meal, did leave something to be desired in terms of a complete dining experience.
In summary, for those seeking the reliable taste of Chick-fil-A’s offerings served with professionalism, this location certainly delivers. Yet, for the ambiance seekers, it may fall just shy of expectation.

Food is as expected ‘good’. The place need attention, floor had trash and food. Fries had a lot of tiny pieces instead of the waffle size/shape.

The food needs to be warmer, the employees need to be more energetic and happy when taking your order. I expected to be greeted with “ Thank you for choosing chick-fil-a how may I serve you?” But no I was greeted with “ how can I help u?” That is not the proper greeting for customers well in my opinion.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my daughter after her 1st birthday photo shoot. Everyone was really friendly but Doris immediately came over to say hi to my daughter. When she found out it was her birthday she went above and beyond to make her birthday special. She got her a balloon, little cow, and ice cream just for her. She even got my son a green balloon so he felt included. Phenomenal customer service from Doris and the other staff members at this location! Thanks for making her day special!
