I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches and 2 fries. One order of fries had only 4 pieces. In addition, they didn’t give me the chick-fil-A sauces and charged twice.

The food, obviously, is great, and the restautrant is clean and spacious. But beware if you use the drive through. Check inside your bag to make sure the fry containers are filled all the way. The past several times I have used the drive through they have only filled the large fries container up halfway.

I tried the breakfast and was NOT disappointed. I breakfast burritos come in either chicken or sausage with eggs and hash browns rolled up in a tortilla very filling. They also have a jalapeños salsa sauce that pairs with it if your want a kick or ketchup. The biscuits with bacon egg and cheese was excellent and coffee was good .

Excellent service!! Stephanie Peralta went above and beyond to make sure to provide us with the best service! I have never experienced this at any other fast food establishment. We were with our 2 kids and she was so friendly, even brought the food to our table. Thank you Stephanie!!! Chick-fil-a is very lucky to have you on their team!

Breakfast is my go to at this franchise but this location did not have a fresh meal. I’m not sure exactly what the issue was but I think the bread in the mini chicken sliders was off. I couldn’t even eat all 4 of them. Tasted sorta stale or something. Very upset with this experience, so I will not return to this location on rt. 4

Simply the best! The staff is awesome (manager especially). We always come here and as pto President got an order for teacher appreciation week which they handled so well! Nicest people here and the food…. well we all know how awesome the food is. Wish they offered a discount for schools but I know that’s a corporate decision. Love this place. Thx for everything guys

Every time I come here my order is wrong! The first time I ordered spicy and got regular. The second time I paid for bacon on my sandwich and was given one crumb of bacon. Now I asked for NO PICKLES and I was still given pickles so my sandwich bread is soggy and the whole thing taste like pickles! I will just drive to teterboro it’s annoying now!

The food here is HORRIBLE. Especially breakfast. I came here on various occasions for breakfast….they didn’t have HOT COFFEE and it was 9AM! The iced coffee the gave me tasted like pure undiluted concentrate. I came here another time and the breakfast was so stale! The service is also terrible. The manager is so unprofessional. The whole atmosphere in the back counter is more like high school kids playing around. My husband came here to pick up dinner for us 2x and BOTH TIMES we got the wrong order and even after we complained we were missing something. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Prefer to make the drive to further ones in town.

Prior to arrival, I received a notification that my food was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, I immediately informed a staff member that I was here for pick up. He acknowledged me and said ok but didn’t check to see if my order was ready. I just assumed at that point it just wasn’t ready. I waited patiently at the pickup area as names for orders were being called. I decided to check on the status of my order with another staff member only to find that it was sitting in their warming box the entire time. Chicken nuggets and sandwhich were both chewy and not consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from chick fil a. It was my first time at this location. I usually patronize the location in Ramsey on 17 and have had better experience with service and food. Place was fairly empty when I arrived and got busy shortly thereafter.
