This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever experienced. The service was extremely slow (45 mins). Not one person said “it’s my pleasure”. I asked for bacon on my sandwich, at first they said they didn’t have it. Then said they had it and they got it from the Burger King next over. (Rolling my eyes) I guess next time I’ll just go to Burger King.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences we have ever had with Chic-fil-A. The service was very negative. We waited 30 minutes to get our food. The whole crew behind the counter was dysfunctional and broken, there was no team at all. There was a lot of good sitting in the window and on the order screen constantly 11-13 orders waiting. Multiple times people came back and said they go the wrong food, didn’t get something or something was wrong. When we finally got our order the manager handed it to me and reiterated my order correctly. I thanked her and then when I got to the table, instead of a Spivey chicken deluxe I got a plain chicken sandwich and at cold one that had been sitting in the window a long time at that. This seemed much more about very bad management and corporate oversight than the personnel errors. Poor showing.

These are the laziest people I’VE EVER SEEN(except for 1 young lady). I love Chick-fil-A but this place is terrible every time I come by. I don’t understand how the franchise allows this. The manager and all staff are staring at cellphones and there are massive lines. They are OUT of 4 things I tried to order!! Terrible. Should lose license.

Worst one. Place was busy waited in line for 10 mins. That is no problem but waiting 30 mins for the food thinking “man this is going to be fresh” but ended up getting room temp everything and day old tasting fries.

Horrible service. People handing out food are rude and don’t pay you no attention once you get your bag. Had to wait forever to get any sauce for my 30 piece nugget then was told if I wanted more than 5 I’d have to buy a bottle. I’ll never stop here again. Worst Chic- Fil-A ever. No wonder it has a 1.9 star rating. The owner should take note and do something about this. It is New Jersey so he probably don’t care.

This place has horrible service. On top of missing items on my order, the people gave attitude when I told them about the missing item. Also, there’s a lady there that kept wiping down the front of the counters. While standing in line, she’d squeeze between you and the counter, not saying one word. A few women in the wait line got their their toes/feet wet when she just mops right over your feet while you are standing there. Never once saying a word.

Very unfortunate that the service here is lack luster. Every chicfila I have been too has superb service and this one gives the brand shame. They keep your receipt, the lines are long(1 cashier) and when you ask for condiments it’s add if you are being a bother. They must be understaffed as everyone seems tired and over it. They don’t say the token my pleasure either. If they don’t care for their jobs they sold head over to mcds where you expect that level of poor service.

This location does not use the app. They were really busy during our visit. They seemed to be short staffed but I’m not sure if that was the issue. Other customers were not paying attention and I watched 2 people take another person’s order causing issues. I think it would have been better if they were calling numbers instead of names when it gets that busy. Or maybe have the staff member verify the order as the person approaches since they then had to remake the order.

Took almost 40 minutes to receive my order which was not at all complicated. Would much rather risked a code brown going to burger king
