I’ve eaten at this location before, but never again. I was eating my deluxe sandwich when I thought the lettuce smelled weird. Something compelled me to take off the lettuce and bun and inside I found a stick and dirt inside my sandwich! This is so unsanitary and revolting. So thankful I didn’t eat that, but I’m really worried about getting sick now. Do not eat here.

This chick fil a is always busy, but the employees always keep up. They are always on point here and I’ve never had an issue rather it be catering or regular orders. A few weeks ago I came here to grab dinner and the staff had a pup cup ready for us at the window for our dog. You all definitely made his birthday special he loved it

Most of the staff is 5 stars, few are not. Asked an employee for extra sauce she had a customer at register ( did her job well), another employee asked if she could assist in the meantime which was great. She then went to get the sauce and had a 3 minute conversation with another employee while I looked at them waiting. Again most staff are 5 stars

Today was very busy and I did wait for 10 minutes but this awesome lady Chrystal made sure I was very accommodated, made me laugh, had conversation and made my wait feel like 5 minutes. The food was excellent and that strawberry lemonade she made was 10/10! Definitely recommend coming here. Give her a raise!

I’ve remember the hype about Chick-fil-A a couple of years ago; I was curious but it wasn’t until resentful that I got to visit it for the first time. The sandwich weren’t bad; but I don’t understand the hype. Also like every other price food nowadays, price are relatively high for what you get. I still prefer to go sit in a proper restaurant.

I was hoping for a quick order of a basic #1 chicken sandwich meal to bring home to another family member after eating there. I ordered for pickup and it took 25 minutes to get the pickup order. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew I would have to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich, medium fries and lemonade (the most basic order). I will be driving down 22 to the other Chick Fil A on Terrill Rd from now on.

I love Chick-fil-A — the service is incredible! The team members are students who balance their studies with their work, and I was especially impressed by the attention I received from Alejandra.
