Honest must be the worst designed Chick-fil-A. They definitely try to squeeze a Chick-fil-A in a place that they need a lot more space for the volume of business that they do…..Trying to park here becomes a zoo at times then if you exit the wrong way you get stuck in the drive-thru they should have an exit that goes around the drive-thru…..

Then you go to pick up for third party and it’s like they’re not even paying attention to you at the Union store they actually have a person that just handles that….

And I don’t get why everyone goes crazy for a mediocre piece of chicken on bread…. Maybe it’s just the waffle fries I don’t get it….. I think Popeyes is a better chicken sandwich

The staff is so amazing, they welcomed us during the crazy flood of July ’25 and served us coffee, cookies, salads, and love. The manager was so kind and deserves the best review I could give. 10/10 establishment. And to the dude who was pissed he didn’t get his four smoothies, go drink the new watchung river water.

The disrespectful young lady working the drive thru at 5:05pm 1/17/26 has ensured that I will NEVER visit this location ever again. She does NOT fit the standard of customer service that makes me a frequent patron of Chic Fil A’s EVERYWHERE. No class or concern for customers or her job. Whoever hired her should be ashamed.

This location has gone noticeably downhill, VERY quickly. They forgot one of our sandwiches this evening which has never happened to us at any CFA before, and we paid for it, too. Didn’t know until we drove home. The drive-through staff over the last couple of times we’ve been here has been very unfriendly and uncharacteristic of what you expect from a CFA restaurant. The cashier dropped my husband’s credit card on the ground when she was handing it back to him out the window, and didn’t even apologize. She just looked at him like “you gonna get that?” You need an overhaul of your staff. They used to be great but clearly the standards have gone south.

I’ve been here over 10 times. Very busy location. The entry way usually has someone beeping because of how small it is and the large amount of traffic going in/out. I use the app to order. They only messed my order up once despite the large masses ordering regularly. They should get a bigger parkinglot. But they are always nice and offer pup cups .. not every chickfila does that.

Good food quality and taste, great service, and a nice clean atmosphere. I can say that this is one of the good chick-fil-a in New Jersey. We tried spicy chicken sandwiches with waffle fries, and everything was good.

It is beyond frustrating when you spend $20 on a salad and fries and yet the workers don’t think to add dressing for your salad. What a nice surprise when I get home and realize they didn’t add dressing to my salad. $20 on a salad and fries and I have to ask for dressing or is that going to be an upcharge now?

Please do not eat here. I got a deluxe sandwich meal. And 30 min to an hr later my stomach went into hard knots and cramped up soo badly that It felt like it was going to explode as if I was lactose intolerant (I am not btw) my stomach immensely acts up this way only here.ive eaten there only twice and both times (months apart) i have experiencedthe same unfortunate pain. please research what they put into their “chicken” bc we all know its not real meat… whatever chemicals they are soaking that “meat” in. Isn’t healthy whatsoever.

I will not be eating there again.

CFA is CFA- always great food. I sat in this particular drive thru from 12:10-12:25, which is kinda expected at that time, but didn’t get all of my order. Not wanting to hold up the line, we pulled away and I started to check the order when I discovered this. It’s just frustrating to wait that long then have to find a parking spot and go back into the store to get something that should’ve been in the bag.
