Food was really tasty and fresh. The customer service was fast and good too. There sitting area is very big and washrooms are pretty clean. They also have a huge parking with EV charging stations. So recommending to go there.

Nice and clean place. Friendly service, wait time is less than 10 minutes. Spicy chicken sandwich, waffle potato fries were good. Frosted lemonade is average, you can try once. Plenty of parking spaces available and drive through also available. One of the best places to buy chicken sandwich in Parsippany Troy Hills area.

This is my first time at this location. I think it opened a few weeks ago. The parking lot is enormous, approximately two football fields in length. To my surprise, upon entering, the counter is tiny, more like a to-go kiosk with a desk.
It’s Saturday, and it seems all the employees are teenagers who could use additional training from more experienced staff.
Despite being the only one in line, I waited for over 20 minutes for my nuggets. Five tables sat down after me and received their food! I asked one of the workers where my food was, and he told me it takes a while for nuggets; I told him I’d been waiting for 20 minutes, and 8 minutes later, one of the workers came to my table and asked me to follow him…
A manager met me halfway to the counter and explained the girl at the counter had made a mistake and, instead of ringing up my food, she issued me a refund. So she said the food was on her and sorry for the wait.
Kudos to the manager handling it, I guess…
The food was good, as always. Hopefully, their service will improve as time goes on. Alternatively, they could consider opening a location in Rockaway, NJ!

Dine-in order for the Market Salad with grilled chicken and a kids meal. Took one bite and started to mix dressing in and noticed the lettuce had red edges throughout the salad; strawberry had a funny mildew taste to it and I returned it to the register. The cashier asked if I wanted another one but I decline and just ordered a cooked chicken sandwich to be on the safe side. She hands it to me without refunding the difference and stared at me blankly when I emphasized that there was a discrepancy in price between the two items. After that they get the manager and she comes over insisting that the salads are made fresh daily. Showed her the discolored lettuce in the salad and she kept reiterating that the salad was fresh. Another man comes over, I am assuming he was the owner, he also reiterated that the salads are made fresh every day and the salad is fine despite showing him the lettuce. At this point, after leaving my daughter to eat alone while I nervously kept checking over at her as this was going on I was fed up and just asked for a full refund of my salad. They gave me a full refund for the entire sale and she curtly told me (3-5 days). We were so excited when this Chick-fil-a first opened in Parsippany but the quality and service has gone down exponentially over the last few times we ordered. Orders are wrong, parts of the order missing, low product quality (size of the chicken filet on the left of picture below compared to a single chicken tender along with half filled large waffle fry.). I thought it was due to drive thru pick up but after today, we will absolutely NEVER order anything from this Chick-fil-a again. My experience here today was the antithesis of the culture, values, and purpose that Chick-fil-a supports: “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.”

Nico at the drive threw was very nice and helpffull and made my experience at the drive threw see less. I would like to note the company needs to provide more heaters/ jackets and hats as its currently 35 degrees and I hate seeing the employees outside in such cold weather. Id be glad to talk to anyone on this matter as I am sure other customers have the same feelings as I do.

Spoke to two people in the drive thru lane today. One gentleman, African American, was the best chickfila employee I’ve ever encountered and the only reason I gave two stars. He was genuinely so nice.
Another employee, Caucasian with longer brown hair that hit right below his ears, was such a jerk. We asked for one cup of water for our dogs and he began to make comments about how we should’ve asked earlier. Keep in mind, we tried to but he kept walking away from us. He needs a bit more holiday spirit.

I have taken pick up a few times but never dined in untill recently. Clean, Well maintained and quick service. The staff is friendly and helpful in choosing the food. Plenty of parking available.

The gentleman that was in the lobby tonight exceed above and beyond our expectations. Normally you get treated OK nothing special in other locations or in the case of where we live your just another person. This location it was like you forgot it was a fast food spot. He made sure you got treated with the restaurant experience.
