The place was busy however I was a walk-in and didn’t take long at all. I opted for the chicken sandwich however, didn’t ask for deluxe so without lettuce or pickles. Then I tried the grilled chicken nuggets. Not crazy about them, I should have opted for fried. Hardly any taste on the grilled nuggets. Live and learn. Next time back to regular nuggets.

I ordered a Southwest Salad with no beans, no corn, and no roasted peppers, but all of those items were still included. The salad also came with a boiled egg, which I did not request and is not part of the standard Southwest Salad. I attempted to call the store several times, but no one answered and the voicemail is full. The app states that online order refunds must be handled by the store, but having to drive back for a refund is an inconvenience, especially since I picked this up on my way home from work and returning would cost more in gas and tolls than the salad itself. Very disappointing experience.

Clean and welcoming…I was greeted by the friendly manager at the door who also began searching up my order and packing it.

I was then graciously assisted by the personable and professional Shanyce G. as she knowledgeably answered my questions about menu items while I waited.

I also appreciate the assistance of the person who finished packing my order (this occurred at roughly 11:30 on 10/6/2025…I write this so they get credit but because I also don’t like describing people by race and/or perceived gender).

Positive experience! Would come back!

Not only did he take care of my order quickly, but he also went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Paul was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Ordered spicy grilled deluxe meals for my family and was given regular grilled deluxe meals. Not only that but they only included 3 of 5 chik FIL a sauces and none of the cilantro lime sauces were included. Extremely dissapointing. I would go back but from Bayonne that’s 16 dollars in tolls and 30 min. Tried calling, no answer. Won’t be back at this location.

Don’t go for breakfast. Was across the street at Home Depot. Ordered at 10 and got to the store at 10:20 the mobile check in didn’t work so I waited in the line until I got to the window was then told breakfast was over. I explained the situation and that I was here before breakfast was over but the line was long. All I got was a shoulder shrug and told I would be refunded. 3rd time this has happened and has only happened at this location

EDIT 7/8/24:

Ordered breakfast via the app on 7/4. Arrive at the restaurant and they aren’t open; they’ve changed their hours for the holiday.

This is fine. I support giving their workers time with their families. That’s not the problem.

The problem is that the store was closed and I didn’t get what I paid for. I looked on the app and guess what? There’s no way to cancel an order made on the app. Says “contact the store”. Well, I can’t contact the store. Because they’re closed.

So I submitted a message to customer support, received a message that it would be forwarded to the store and I’d receive a reply in 2-3 days. Fine, ok.

Except, I didn’t receive a reply. My card was charged, they had no problem doing that. But I received no reply.

Finally on the 5th day I put in a dispute with my credit card company, so I’ve had to deal with that.

Here’s the thing: it’s trivial. It’s a $10 order. It’s not important in the grand scheme of things. But, if a business can’t handle trivial issues with simple, easily applied resolutions in a timely manner, how can they handle the big issues? It’s annoying BECAUSE it’s so trivial. This should never have been allowed to escalate.

Chik-fil-A prides itself on only allowing a franchise owner to operate a single location, so they can provide a superior customer experience without distraction. That doesn’t seem to be paying off in the case of this location, where the franchise management can’t find the time to respond in any way to a straightforward, easily resolved issue.

I’d think twice about visiting this franchise, and I’d think thrice before using the app to submit a purchase from this location. And, if you choose to do so, don’t expect much from the management if there’s any issue.

There are other, well run Chil-fil-A franchises. It’s a shame that this one tarnishes the reputation of the rest.

It’s a chik-fil-a! It’s clean, nice, and they have a special land for online orders.

PRO TIP #1: chik-fil-a sauce on hash rounds

PRO TIP #2: their biscuits can be a bit dry, add cheese and then sneak a little chik-fil-a sauce in there!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was incredibly fast, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated.
My order arrived in record time, and everything was hot and fresh. The dine-in area was spotless, and it was a pleasant environment to enjoy my meal. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I have been in many Chick-fil-A unfortunately this one is way poor than others. Food was greasy service was awful. Breakfast biscuit and coffee took 25 minutes to receive. Big fail.
