This chick-fil-a is a wonderful option if you want takeout or a drive-thru option. However, that is your only option. There is no find in except for outdoor seating, which unfortunately doesn’t work during the wintertime. Food was great, and service was good, just not what was expected. There’s nothing indicating that it’s only takeout, so very misleading. People were walking around the building trying to find the door in, and many customers left out of disappointed. Bathrooms were provided and clean, but there were only two stalls.

Overpriced, chicken not crispy, asked for fries well done (as I always do everywhere) and they were supremely undercooked. Their reward program in their app is insane: it costs $270 to get a chicken sandwich meal. That’s insane. The people are great, the food is ok and the location is terrible.

The first time I came here I thought it was a restaurant and I was very disappointed and then the food was bad. But I gave them a second chance today and they came good. Drive through staff were super friendly even standing in the freezing cold. Spicy chicken burger smashed it out the park. Mac n cheese was well received by our 2 year old. Go west haven.

Its a chick fil a but no indoor seating. No apparent restrooms and its immediately off of i 95. Just drive thru or take out window and somehow when we went no shakes available. Sort of why I go to chick fil a. Beware of the above if stopping during a long trip.

Im not one to write reviews but this is so disappointing. This is the closest chick fil a to home so I’ve tried to give them multiple chances but this is definitely my last time wasting my money. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and this is what i got. CRUMBS. I’ll be taking the drive to north havens chick fil a from now on. They would never allow this. It’s sad, the owner needs to take this matter into his own hands. The restaurant just opened and its already going down hill. i was very excited about this chick fil a opening. It’s very unfortunate. All the bad reviews speak for THEMSELVES.

Im actually so disappointed, I ordered a chicken noodle soup bowl and I received a half filled container of soup. Almost every time i order from this location something is always wrong! if it’s not flat soda (or sometimes just seltzer water) then it’s cold food straight from the drive thru. It’s really ridiculous how new this location and how bad the quality of food is.

I am not one to make a review but I was in absolute shock when a young man named ricky was very rude and demanding. I want him to be penalized for being so disrespectful especially to someone triple his age. I WILL NEVER EVER go back to this place because of his disgusting attitude towards me and my family while ordering. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. His attitude was unprofessional, and he seemed irritated when I asked simple questions about my order. Instead of being polite and helpful, he came across as dismissive and impatient. Chick-fil-A is usually known for excellent customer service, but Ricky did not reflect that standard at all. I left feeling frustrated, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location if that’s the type of service they allow. I WOULD RATE THIS 0 STARS IF I COULD
