The food was pretty decent and very cheap, the staff were really nice and the drive through was quick and easy. The only complaint I really have is the menu shows up after you order in the drive through line so I didnt know what they had, but I’m sure ordering inside is easier in that case. I recommend!!! Overall 4☆!!!!

This was my first time trying this burger and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! The bun was super soft, the chicken inside was tender, and the bacon added a perfect crispy, smoky flavor. The fresh tomato and lettuce made it really refreshing. The fries were amazing too. And the cherry lemonade was so refreshing and tasty—such a perfect combo!

Liars. Sad worker. Tried talking gently nice. Shorted our order. Then gave attitude. This has happened about 3 times in the last year. Am totally done with this place. Already had to cutback due to headaches from the MSG in all the chicken. IFYDK: look into it! Better hit five guys down the road.

This place is awesome. I and some friends have eaten here multiple times over the last few weeks on work trips. The service is outstanding, these employees ensure your experience here is fantastic, they are always cheerful, polite, and making sure you have everything you need. The food is delicious. The chicken sandwich, the fries, the strips, the nuggets, it doesn’t matter what you order, it will be above par. Even their salads are better than other places. And the cost per meal can’t be beat anywhere around. There is always someone cleaning and wiping down every surface area. The only downside is how busy the place is because their food and service is so excellent, but I can’t blame them for being good at what they do.

Went to drive through. I ordered 1 salad , the lady swiped my credit card charged me for 2 salads. I said right on the spot hey you charged me twice. They said right on the spot it would be refunded. They never refunded my money and the charge posted to my account. I contacted the store but Todd was unwilling to refund my money. They said I could come into the store for a free salad next time I come to Bangor. I explained I do not live in the area and that would be very inconvenient. Todd still refused to refund my money. So I will reverse the charges with my bank and never return to another Chick-fil-a again as long as I live. Horrible customer service. Thanks for ripping me off and refusing to make it right!

We Love that they play christian music. This was our first time having breakfast which was nice. We had 4 various meals and tried a Dr pepper shake. One thing I would say they miss the mark on is coffee….it’s just not good at all.

I happened to be here when a bus of athletes showed up. The staff handled it calmly and efficiently, all while being pleasant and respectful. Excellent job!

Chick-fil-A always has great service — the staff are friendly and efficient every time I visit. The food is good, though a bit too fried for my taste (some people might love it that way). Prices have definitely gone up, but the overall experience is still solid.

I go here about 3 or 4 times a week for breakfast as they have plenty of different options, and the flavor is consistent. The morning staff is mostly pleasant, we all have days, and they treat my dog with love when he goes with me on Saturday’s.
I only wish I could get bacon ala cart during the pm hours because I would frequent here for an occasional dinner too.

I appreciated how quickly my order was taken and prepared, even though they were busy. The team was working like a well-oiled machine, and everyone had a smile on their face. It’s clear they care about both the food and the customer experience.
Special shoutout to the team members who checked in on us after we were seated—such a nice touch that you don’t usually get at a fast food place.
Restrooms were clean and well stopped. Especially the decor that reminded you where you are
