This is the WORST establishment I have ever been to. The employees do not care about their jobs. If you submit a mobile order through that app they dont even acknowledge you or get your food. You just stand there until you say something or they try to run into the back when the regular order in customers are gone. They will let about 10 people stand there to pick up their mobile orders and still ignore them completely, laughing and joking and standing around when the dine in customers are gone. When you do say something, their manager, Paulo, acts like a spoiled child. Claiming “You people think you can come in here and order us around” Again, I waited 10 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Not a grub hub, uber eats, or door dash driver. A mobile order I submitted 40 minutes before hand. And was not even be looked at on acknowledged until I simply asked for my food. Paulo then decided to serve everyone else and before giving me my food, sneakily told a female employee to “just refund the order and keep the food next time” simply because I asked him to do his job. Honestly he seems like an individual not fit for management, as he clearly has issues controlling his temper. He seems to have very big issues with simply carrying out his duties as well. Definitely think this place needs a corporate visit. The rude employees, the terrible service, reports of moldy food and mice. Super disappointing. First time Ive been here I am never coming back

Update 8/19/25 there has been a significant drop in service with my past two visits & now I decided to Update. I ordered 2 sandwiches and fries at 1145an inside then sat down. After 15 minutes I brought the table sign to the front & my food has been sitting there getting cold which also happened in July. The register attendant was solo and didn’t even respond to me when I asked for my food just handed it over. That is why I choose chick-fil-a over other fast food options, so my family & I can have a better, friendlier experience. It was still very clean, with an employee actively wiping tables. The drive thru appeared congested but please do not allow this drop in dining experience.

Placed a catering order for 70 people. Ordered four large sandwich platters (16 halves in each) received four medium platters (12 halves in each). Called the store several times with no one answering, so I called the woman who delivered our order. She returned 30 minutes later with our missing twelve halves and upon opening the platter, the sandwiches and all the insides were scattered all over the platter. I gave three stars because she did return with the rest of our order, but that should have never happened.
Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for catering.

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A — the food is always reliable. However, the signature ‘my pleasure’ level of service that the brand is known for in the South seems to be missing here. I hope management can step it up to match that same standard.

Haven’t had many bad experiences at ChickFilA in other locations but this one wasn’t good at all. Service not friendly. Bun was slightly stale. Fries didn’t even fill the container and were barely warm. No napkins in the drive through bag which ruins trying to enjoy the meal.
On the bright side, for my fries, they gave me 5 BBQ sauces. What were they thinking? I wouldn’t notice the missing napkins if they overloaded me on sauce?

Went around 7 pm on a Friday which is usually pretty busy but it was not so much. Food was ready in less then 10 minutes which is much faster compared to other locations where the wait is 20 minutes or more. Order was correct with no issues. Counter person was very welcoming and responsive. Will be going back again.

Perfect service. Smooth experience. Best location. I came to the drive-thru, and from all of the Chick-fil-A I have been to. This exceeds all. Ethan took my order. For some reading, you might think, it’s fast food what do you expect. I’m here to say, some people have a good work ethic and deserve a raise, some people clearly don’t and only want a pay check. Ethan has an exceptional work ethic and deserves tips and a raise. I hope his manager sees this. And everything I ordered was in the bag unlike other locations where they don’t pay attention to detail and leave things you paid for out. They even put the condiments in a bag. Nothing was greasy to touch, which is awesome, tells me people working inside have a good system and work in clean stations.

I received my market salad and the fruit was old and there was white fuzzy MOLD on the feta cheese. I went to chick fil a to bring back my salad and the manager was the most impersonal human being I have ever come in contact with. I didn’t as so much receive an apology.
